Very quiet (they gave me free upgrade to pool view). I also spent some days at other hotels near Pub Street, but all were so noisy, music coming from the Pub street all night, but here is so quiet and the walking distance to Pub Street is short. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of food, fruits and very diverse (again, some other hotels had breakfast a la carte, which is time consuming and takes time, but here you cand eat a lot and very fast). I had booked a temple trip from them, and they packed breakfast for me. For me this is the perfect place to stay in Siam Reap.

Internet slow, but not an issue, I bought a sim card, very cheap and very fast

It was a comfortable and strategic place to say as it was near to a lot of people restaurants and it’s was also near Pub Street. It was 5 min walking distance. We had issues with the aircond on the first day but they gave us another room just for the night to sleep and got it fixed the next day. They gave us complimentary fruits due to the trouble caused. Regardless they are always friendly and greeted us with a smile everytime they see us.

The pool hangout place is really good but too much chlorine in it. It depends on each individual.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast has many options, both Western and Asian. The location is convenient to markets and restaurants and only about 15 minutes walk from Pub Street, Wat Danmak, and the Old Market. Pool is always clean and there is never a shortage of towels. AC works well in the room.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past 9 years (it was under a different name/ownership). They current owner has managed to maintain all levels of service we previously experienced. However, the hotel could use a good coat of paint. It’s purely cosmetic and in no way affects the service or comfort of the facility.

My room was spacious, comfortable and was relatively protected from outside noise. The bed was a decent size, quite hard but I prefer that over soft mattresses. There was a good selection of food at breakfast but it did get busy at the end of our stay and so things ran out and it took a while to get a made to order omelette/noodles.

The room my daughters shared had a problem with the shower head and water dribbled out. The pool area was like the pictures but was really noisy from construction/destruction on both sides of the property and road noise at the back. It would be helpful if there was information provided in the rooms to explain what was available through the hotel or elsewhere. When I asked about getting laundry done, the staff just said ‘we don’t do laundry’ and then when asked if they knew of a nearby laundry they said ‘go left (down the street) and then right’. Made me smile but not overly helpful.

Great fell for a colonial hotel great staff I had the best room with a too floor balcony over the garden and pool.in Swim Reap it’s hard to go wrong. Great massages at this spa

Great location, very friendly and train staff,beautiful pool. For breakfast you have choices, Cambodian or continental plus any kind of eggs you want. Coffee, tea, fruit. Premises are kept clean , lot's of smiles from everyone. You really get your money's worth. Best thing of all are the operation manager Daniel and his assistant George are their names in English. When I arrived to the hotel I was little under the weather and George offered to prepare a tea for me. He was very helpful in all sorts of ways. Next day I met a Daniel who was super friendly in solving all the little things that come up. Offered to help with the tailor, fixed my broken traveling mirror,found a great place to by exquisite antique and on his day off gave me a tour of a sight that is still being uncovered on his motorcycle. Words cannot describe my gratitude to all of the staff for their kindness. I highly recommend this place,and since I have new friends now,I'll be back to Siam Reap and stay here any time I can.

- Staff was friendly and helpful - The room was big and with personality - The omelette stand during breakfast was a nice and delicious idea - Great position, not noisy and just 10 minutes walking from old market/pub street

- The hotel was infested with mosquitoes, especially the elevator and restaurant, where going without repellent means a sure bite. The hotel knows and seems to don't mind it. And if you think this is an irrelevant detail for your holiday, keep in mind that dangerous mosquito-borne diseases, such as Dengue, are very common in Cambodia.

Location was great as we could walk to the river and Pub Street easily. The pool and surrounds was great and we enjoyed cooling off there after a warm day, Lovely massage service not far away and good coffee options. Buffet breakfast was great. The hotel was getting back on its feet again after COVID so just a few services were not available again yet until there are more guests staying which is quite understandable. (ie, laundry service, cocktails by the pool) But they are coming very soon! Lovely reception area and front verandah where we could meet with friends.

Just a little noisy would be my only comment, especially the road it backed on to. But you have to balance that with the closeness to everything else we needed so close by.

The Hotel is very modern with a local touch. The rooms were beautiful with a gorgeous view over the city. It was also very quiet so we had a good sleep. The pool is framed by trees and bushes so it's super green and you can find shade easily. Since the pool is on the North side of the 3 story building the water stayed the whole day rather cool and it was really refreshing after a long day in Angkor. The location is just 10 minutes walking from the restaurant and market area. But already on the way to there you can find a lot nice bars and restaurants. The hotel team was also super friendly and helped us with arranging transfer and our daily program. We had an awesome stay!!

After two days the WiFi did not work so good anymore for the last days. But that might be an individual case.

Beautiful Hotel, Delicious Food & Amazing Staff. The rooms were immaculate and came fully equipped with towels and toiletries. The pool view was stunning in the morning and the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in during my travels. To tip off the experience, Daniel, the operations manager went above and beyond to make sure guests are catered to at all times. He’s a natural at his job and creates a great atmosphere in the Hotel.

Struggling to find anything negative to say about this experience but one minor thing I noticed was, the hotel leave water in the rooms in glass bottles with a sign saying they encourage environmental savings but I did see the staff filling those up with single use plastic and throwing the bottles away. Would be good to invest in a water filter.
