Charming little hotel, with a nice pool that is regularly cleaned. Our room was spacious and clean, with functioning AC. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a fifteen minute walk to the pub street area, and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, with some good food and coffee options. Overall, it is really good value for money.

We had the first ground floor room which means we could not really have the curtains open without everyone seeing into our room. We also felt a bit of pressure in the first couple of days from one of the staff to go through the hotel to purchase tourist activities, which was not super pleasant.

This was the perfect base to explore Angkor - tucked down a quiet street, with a lovely courtyard surrounded by fruit trees with a pool and seating area. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk was very helpful and printed some train tickets for later in our trip upon our check out, and offered pickup at the airport which was lovely as we arrived quite late in the evening.

We had a lightly awkward interaction with regards to drivers and the property - they appeared to have the expectation that we would use the gentleman who picked us up from the airport exclusively, even though we had arranged plans with an alternate driver, which led to a bit of an uncomfortable interaction where we felt a bit stuck in the middle. Might have just been circumstantial, and I understand that traffic is lower at the moment so the drivers are keen to work with folks where they can but we felt a bit awkward afterward.

Nice small Cambodian guesthouse run by a lovely family. Street is not too busy and the green garden with swimming pool is an absolute plus to enjoy after visiting Ankor Wat. Host is very kind and can help you with arranging bustickets and tours. Bike/bicycle rental available. Room is pretty large so you have lots of room to move around and place your bags. Kettle and fridge in the room, little sitting area as well. Bathroom is simple but clean and has hot water. Definitely larger and with more facilities than most other places in this price range. Luggage storage available if you have to wait for the night bus. Owner has an extra shower and toilet to use as well, most convenient. Ended up extending my stay another night to enjoy the good atmosphere a bit more. Just 10min walk max to the old/night market and Pub street. Lots of restaurants nearby though and supermarkets too.

Very big and clean/comfortable room. I ended up extending my stay as I loved this place so much. 15min walk into the main streets, but is in a nice quiet location. Nice Pool, very friendly and helpful staff, drove me to the bus station. Fast wifi, room cleaned everyday, washing service!!

I’m not sure if there was hot water, maybe it just took a while to come out. didn’t bother me as I take cold showers. Not much of a restaurant or bar downstairs, but there are places near by.

The staff is so nice! The owner picked us up from the bus station and was, during our stay, so helpful. every time we sat at the swimming pool we were offered some snacks. He helped us also book our next bus! really great : rooms cleaned everyday and smell good! I’ll recommend!

The only thing is that we asked for a laundry and we realised that it costed $5 and we thought it was a bit expensive, and be careful with the hot water : you need to wait a bit to have some! But in the end a very nice hotel!

The villa and the outdoor space is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating to any requests. The room was basic but it was spacious and clean. Really nice to relax by the pool and be greeted by friendly staff after long days exploring temples. I will have very fond memories of Siem Reap thanks to Nary Villa!

The plumbing in the toilet and bathroom had a very unpleasant smell at times.

The pool in the tropical garden. The architectural style of the villa. The friendly welcome and help from Mr Parob and his family and the temple trips in Mr Dun's tuktuk. The quiet location near the river. Easy walking to the markets and town centre. The fruit at breakfast and during the day. Bed comfortable.

Nothing important to comment. Only perhaps to mention that the tiny shelves in the bathroom were sloping and rather fragile...

Everything was perfect! The pool at the hotel was amazing, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel offers a simple breakfast/ lunch option with delicious fruit. The staff were very helpful and the owner was available at all times. We had an issue with our room and we have been offered a different room instead. The location is perfect and the neighborhood safe.

The owner is amazing. He helped us a lot with organizing tours but also with general things. He gave us some jackfruit to try and made us free tea during rain.

The only thing I can think of is towels. they were very thin and obviously very old. If the property decides to renew them then this place officially becomes perfect for a clean and budget stay.
