Staff is kind and attentive, rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is nicely decorated. The host offered to give us a breakfast discount because we were staying for one month, they also offered to refund us the last two nights of our stay because our plans changed and our flight was now 2 days earlier. This was very kind from them given that we never asked for it and we understand they didn’t have to do that. During our last week, they also upgraded the wifi which was really nice because we work online. We also complained about the water pressure in the shower which was non-existent, and even though they tried to fix it several times, they could not find the root of the issue . We hope it’ll be fixed for the next guests.

The host asked us not to review him if the score was 8 or lower... Bathroom could be improved (toilet is getting yellowish and no water pressure). Also, the host was kind enough to book a taxi to the airport for us, which we paid in advance to the host. When we got to the airport, the taxi driver said that the host never paid him so we ended up paying twice for this taxi. Later on, the host excused himself saying he’d pay the taxi driver next time he sees him (at this point we are okay with the taxi driver keeping both payments since he was a really nice guy)

We originally booked for 3 nights, but we stayed over 3 weeks. We love Villa Agati so much! The hosts Dominique and Gilles are so passionate and caring! They really created a hidden gem in Siem Reap. The staff is also the most lovely we have ever encountered on our travels. This place breathes good energies! The food and breakfast are just fabulous, everything is of high quality and you see they put a lot of attention to it! The rooms are super spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool and some grasslands. Truely a place to relax and refill your batteries. You can also ask for a scooter or use one of the bikes the provide!! What we specially appreciate is the nice vibe and atmosphere they created there. For example will see almost no plastic, everything is made of natural materials and of high quality. Don't hesitate to book here, you will not regret it

Staff were amazing. Location only 7 minutes walk to Pub Street. Super comfortable king bed, quite hard but suited me. Excellent clean pool. Lovely spacious room and very quiet. Room serviced regularly and you only had to ask if you wanted anything.

Personally for me who reacts to cigarette smoke, I didn't like the fact that smokers could smoke in the restaurant. The smell permeated the stairwell to the top level and if you came downstairs you walked through it. Rooms were smokefree however but people could smoke on their balconies and you smelt it in the pool. As I say this is personal to me. The road into the hotel when it rained was not walkable but again just used a tuk tuk so did not really effect anything. Not being allowed to order food in like food panda, nham24 was disappointing. The reasoning was they had a restaurant on sight with limited options.

We had a lovely time staying here and would highly recommend it! Highlights were the AMAZING restaurant (much better than your average hotel restaurant), quiet and green pool area and the friendly and helpful owner and staff (we had a problem with our airconditioning and were upgraded for the night and the problem in our room was fixed immediately the day after).

Location wise it’s a bit of a walk from the many nice restaurants in the city, and it’s not allowed to order food in, but we just used Grab to order Tuktuks to get around. Also the restaurant on site it so good you hardly have to leave… Our terrace didn’t look like the pictures of the room and was too small to hang out on, with small stools instead of chairs. I’m sure if we would have said anything, this could have been changed as the owner and staff were very helpful. We found it okay to just relax by the pool, but if you’re looking for a more private place to sit outside that could be something to request in your booking.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Villa Agati in Siem Reap. I selected Villa because it is small and quiet. As an older woman traveling alone, I wanted a place where I would feel safe. I was not disappointed. The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful with getting tickets and transportation. All the young women there were so nice. I really felt cared for, especially by Say, who, I think, adopted me as her grandmother. A good breakfast is included. They fixed a "take away" breakfast for me when I went out early in the morning. A variety of delicious food for lunch, dinner and snacks are available at very reasonable rates. The room has all the essentials, including plenty of hangers, outlets, drinking water, tea kettle, mini fridge and good air conditioning. It is in an out-of-the way location, which I preferred, because I did not want to be in the noisy Pub Street area. A few Tuk tuks had difficulty finding it, but it is quite close the the downtown area of Siem Reap. I was very happy and comfortable there and highly recommend Villa Agati.

It is a bit difficult for some tuk tuks to find, but it is really not far from the downtown area. I did not really like the white bread, but the mini baguettes were good.

A delightful small hotel in the 'suburbs' of Siem Reap, tucked away in a small residential area 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. The rooms were perfect, very clean and comfortable, and quiet as we had requested. The hosts (Gilles and Dominique) and their lovely team were welcoming, informative and very engaging. Aside from the good breakfasts, we only ate once at the restaurant but it was very good; and the pool (and drinks) after a day touring the temples were most welcome. Will definitely visit again on my next visit to SR. Street parking available (but no traffic).

A couple of small things only - the wifi in one room was non-existent (but was strong in the other room), and water temperature and pressure on one night could have been better, but we informed Gilles and he was going to fix those. Such issues are an integral part of property owning in Cambodia!

We came to Siem Reap for the temples, but what we will miss most is Villa Agati. From the moment we stepped into their beautiful villa, Gilles and Dominique (our hosts) were so welcoming and friendly that it felt as if we had known each other for a long time. Needless to say, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished. The pool is very inviting on hot afternoons as Siem Reap afternoons often are. For any decent hospitality establishment, that is merely par of the course. What makes this place top-notch is their food, service and people. Their cook, Cola, makes the most scrumptious and mouth-watering food you will ever eat, and this is not an exaggeration: In the entire week we have stayed here, we have eaten every breakfast and dinner in house, save one. Cola is able to whip up food for you at any time in the day, and does is so skillfully. This is likewise so for the other staff members, who all went above and beyond what we expected. It is clear that Cola, Tilly, Dom and all the rest of the staff that made our stay there so positive and memorable are able to do their jobs so well and happily because of Gilles and Dominique. They are a fun-loving couple and we have spent many evenings engaged in great conversations with them and the Villa's other guests over dinner. They also help out with recommendations and made our stay so smooth sailing and that much more special. Overall, Villa Agati is infused with a very positive vibe and energy we have rarely experienced in any hotel, inn or guesthouse we have stayed before, and we are truly sorry to leave them as they have become very dear to us. If you're looking for a place to stay in Siem Reap, look no further than Villa Agati, - you won't regret it.

Management is amazingly kind. It was a real pleasure meeting Gille and his lovely spouse. Staff were great as well. I stayed 7 nights and enjoyed it very much.

Wifi wasn’t dependable but this may be fixed by now. Location is challenging and Google maps made it worse. Road to hotel is very muddy after rains. This is no fault of management though as it’s a public road.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agati! We were welcomed by the lovely owners aswell as the crew. Villa Agati is located near the centre of Siem Reap but has it own backyard of silence. The room was spacious, the pool was clean and they have many complementary options. Fresh towels and beds next to the pool, cold water to refill, coffee, tea and refillable glass bottles of water in the room. When we needed something, they were always there to help. Information about the Angkor Wat complex, tour guides, places to go or eat,... But the crew made really good food itsself in the Villa, really recommend all the dishes. Breakfast was included, but the only thing we would improve is the amount of it. Self made baguette was good though! We really recommend this Stay to the next people visiting Siem Reap, you will enjoy it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agati. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did a sunrise tour at 4.45am to Angkor and they prepared a delicious take-away breakfast for us. The pool ares is really nice to relax. Highly recommended!

Bathroom could have been a bit nicer. When you're afraid of dogs this place might not be the best because there are many dogs in the neighbourhood (and one in the hotel which is a really nice one). When you walk there it is a bit scary especially at night because there is no street lightening.
