The location was perfect! The staff was amazing and although it rained and I didn't have a umbrella (I'm sorry I forgot her name but she wore glasses) she found a small umbrella for me to take when I went out that night! I really liked that the restaurant was attached to the hotel! Great touch! Megan at the restaurant was very nice and friendly! Jess upon arrival gave me a 10% discount for food at the restaurant; it was clean and very nice! The drinks and food where great!

Nothing much really! The room is basic but was clean and neat! It's dated but it did the job of being cozy and comfortable; plus it has everything you need! It rained so that was a little bit of a bummer hahah! I wish there was a convenient store around preferably walking distance!

The hotel is located in a quiet location of Leduc, it has lots of parking spaces. We booked two rooms, both of them supposed to have microwave per the room info in Booking.com. However, when we arrived late at night, none of the room had microwave. When we talked to Front Desk, Mila at the desk apologized and offered to open the “kitchen” to warm up food. We were thankful for that. We found another issue. The air condition along with its fan didn’t turn on, and it was a warm night. We talked to same Front Desk person, Mila, and this time she apologized again and offered us a room change. She upgraded us to a better room for the second room that had microwave and it was spacious. In the end all the issues we faced were resolved and we had a pleasant stay for two nights.

Breakfast is continental, and the space is very crowded in the morning with limited seating options. More healthy vegetarian and protein choices can be appealing to more hotel guests. Checkin was quick, checkout was a bit long as there was only one person working at front desk and there was a lineup of people checking out.

I liked that the corner Store was there.it was convenient...when I needed coffee or a bite to eat in the am. Also the Earls...Barber Shop...cold drinks..and a convenient store nearby. I felt at home with the kitchenette.

maybe a shuttle to airport..OPPS!! WRONG HOTEL. BUT THIS ONE TOO WAS GOOD..I ENJOYED IT THE MEALS WE COULD TAKE OUT WITH OUR TRAYS...IT WAS QUIET....AND IT HAD A SHUTTLE. .TO THE AIRPORT. CLOSER TO THE AIRPORT. IT FELT CLOSER TO HOME.9

The location is very close to the outlet stores and the airport. The bed was comfortable. The room was large and well maintained.

The room did not have a clock which would have been nice. It was hard to find out what time it was without turning on a light to see my watch. The breakfast needs some protein like eggs, even if they are just boiled.

We arrived the evening before our flight and were thrilled to see the restaurant was open for supper. We had a excellent supper there. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The continental breakfast had more choice then we expected! Left our car at Park2Go as we weren't aware of their parking availably and shuttle service.

Couldn't find a luggage trolley to transport our luggage to the room.

white linens and white bed covers - sign of cleanliness. decaf coffee in room. clean welcoming lobby. lots of parking.

needed a couple more bath towels, only one large towel in our room. Also the pillows should be varied in thickness - all the pillows were the same high puffiness. i need a thinner pillow, so offering a variety of pillows thicknesses is always welcome. there were no just music channels, to put on the tv.

We needed to be at the airport before 4 a.m, so the location of this hotel and providing free shuttle /24 hours was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were amazingly cooperating with us to have a very safe and sound experience during our trip.

The hallway was a little bit dark.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, all the staff were, the room was nice and clean. They had a breakfast included in the stay, it was nice with a assortment of bagels, yogurt, waffles etc. I will stay here again when I travel.

The mattress was not very comfortable

It's a good place to spend a night when transferring overnight at the airport. Otherwise it's very far from the city and without a car it's hard to get anywhere. The hotel itself is good, inviting and helpful crew, there's a bar-restaurant, standard rooms

The breakfast was very simple, but considering we left the premises at 4:30am on the airport shuttle, we hadn't expected more. The staff member was cheerful and had made fresh coffee for early departure guests, which was much appreciated.

The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was closed on Sundays, which was unfortunate. We needed to eat our Sunday evening meal at a location close by but, considering it had that day, we would have preferred to have eaten at the hotel.
