The breakfast that Joanne prepared was fantastic. She went out earlier and picked fresh blueberries for our fruit salad plus she made muffins for us...right out of the oven. So good. Then there was also granola and yogurt. So healthy. She has 6 chickens also, and I was just waiting for her to say how fresh the omelet was....but there was no eggs this a.m.

Joanne was a delight! She is amazingly talented. She was the delight of staying there. We grabbed the room at the last minute for another couple traveling with us. She welcomed us in for coffee when we picked them up.

The price was at the last minute, so booking app prices are a bit more. It's not her fault. Busy holiday weekend.

Lovely homemade fresh and warm muffins. Friendly host, good breakfast conversation. Lovely view of the lake from our bedroom window. Peaceful location. Excellent location as it was right on the Galloping Goose bike trail where you can ride for hours. Close to downtown Victoria by car (or bike). Take in the city sites and then return to a very peaceful setting by the lake.

The location is fantastic. Right on the Langford lake shore line, big beautiful home (B & B) with great decore. I had the Al Howie room (highly recomended). One of the best places I have every stayed. Super friendly host, with all the amenities' and more. Even accessible to the canoe and paddle boats... and more. Plus the Galloping Goose trail right at your door step. Wonderful Place. I will be a regular customer.

Because of the years of business the host has, I found no irregularities or missing amenities'. She's worked out a great stay for all who continue to stay at this beautiful B & B. My one week stay was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable times in Langford, thanks to the host. Thank you so much for everything, including the great conversations.

Our host Joanna was wonderful and friendly. I am celiac and for breakfast every morning she freshly baked gluten free muffins.(Her muffins are very good). Our room had a big window looking out onto Elk Lake.

The host is so nice. She made use feel at home. Her muffins are very delicious! A very beautiful lake just next to the house.

public transportation is not so convenient, but if you drive that’s not a problem.

The location of the Cycle Inn was ideal for my husband and me as it is beside the Galloping Goose Trail, and that is how we traveled on our tandem bike from Swartz Bay. The inn is also easily accessible by car and backs onto Glen Lake. We enjoyed our conversations with Joanne, the host, and especially appreciated her nutritious and tasty breakfasts.

Very pleasant innkeeper, Joanne. Comfortable king bed. Home made muffins, fruit and granola for breakfast. Walking path available. What more could we ask for?
