Lovely accomadtion well placed to all amenities. Great luxury room, couldn't have been better. Car parking on site is expensive, we used the civic centre underground parking for $5. Staff very helpful.

We were provided with ear plugsin our room, our room was opposite a bar, we were woken in the early hours from the noise.

The room was spacious and filled with all the right amenities. It was quite noisy from a bar below but the hotel had provided ear plugs and a white noise machine which helped massively. On arrival you were given a drinks token to enjoy in their bar and a card that allowed 20% off most places for food and drink which was an excellent touch.

Unfortunately you had to pay for parking in their private car park which is a bit ridiculous considering the only way to get to whistler is to drive, so needing a car parking spot is inevitable for most guests.

Room 214. Liked the shower and living area was ok. Bedroom on the mezzanine was very warm, but partly due to unexpectedly high temperatures for this time of the year.

Had really noisy youngsters running up and down the corridor, but not that late. However, at 1- 2am when the bar opposed closed, the noise outside the window was really loud. All the customers seemed to congregate outside for quite some time. We understood we’d paid in full when we made the booking, but had to pay an additional £20 plus which we were told was local taxes/exchange rate etc. (The car park would have been an additional cost). Unfortunately the hotel car park was full so we had to use the local conference centre car park, for which there was a charge.

The hotel was in a good location very central to getting everywhere. It was decorated nicely and felt like a comfortable and good stay. Will definitely look to stay again in the future as the pricing was cheaper than some of the places in whistler. The main reason I am writing a review is because of Maeva the French receptionist she was exceptional. We called the day before to move a room booking and she helped sort everything, when we arrived she remembered me and was super friendly and then the next morning we needed new key cards and she had them ready for us. Maeva’s customer service was really amazing!

the hot tub was closed, but there was access to the Hilton if we wanted.

location was great, room was spacious and the amenities were great. Providing robes and extra towels for the hottub is a great touch. Overall a great place to stay

Had an issue with the toilet overflowing one morning The person at the front desk did not seem to comprehend the urgency of the situation and proceeded to check out a family. Did not appreciate that as we were trying to get to the hill and there was dirty toilet water overflowing onto the bathroom floor.

we stayed at on if the split leveled and didn’t like the bathroom being at the lower floor . they didn’t leave extras (toilet paper,shampoo…conditioner…).we had to ask for it …cleaning staff were not so flexible about cleaning the room …when we asked to come back later ,.,9 am the day we didn’t ski was just too early us … we were on vacation after all . Heater was too loud. Pool was out of order!

The location in the village was perfect. I traveled there for mountain biking and being in the village is what sold me on the hotel. The amenities of the hotel were nice. The place put off a small home vibe.

I didn’t care for the bike storage room. The room itself wasn’t set up very well for multiple bikes. The hanging hooks from the wall were beat up and I wouldn’t trust hanging my bike on them. If it had a more robust rack system in the room it would have been much better.

Very friendly staff! everyone we encountered was engaging and helpful. my wife left some products behind and the staff was very helpful in insuring their safe return of those back to us. Thank you so much!

Our room in particular was above Buffalo Bills. Although complimentary ear plugs were provided with the room, unfortunately the bass from the music at midnight is pretty heavy.

This hotel's prices are unbeatable for the location. It's a simpler hotel, but the beds are very comfortable, there is a small fridge, kettle and microwave in the room and you are 3 mins from the ski lifts. Staff was very nice! There is a nice hot tub (lacking towels though) and pool with a view of the mountain- highly recommend you go during sunset.

The rooms are quite loud as there are nightlife venues close by. You can also hear your neighbors at night. The bathrooms are completely illogical- freezing cold floors (stone and no floor heating) and there is nowhere to hang towels, bathrobes etc. The towels were hidden in drawers.

We struggled with the parking lot! It was $30 a night which isn’t terrible but it was very small and the spaces pretty much overlap. To open the garage you have to run around to the front door walk down to the garage open it manually and then run back outside to your car to drive in before it closes! It’s difficult.
