Location worked well. The water, ice, and bubbly water was excellent.

I had a room with an adjoining room. The two women next door tried several times to open the adjoining door and stayed up until midnight talking non-stop. Not sure if the walls between adjoining rooms are thinner.

Good value and they gave us an upgrade which was most welcome.

Would have loved an outdoor spa. Kettle needed longer cord.

This was the best deal in Whistler Village the night we visited. Room was clean and quiet and the window opened, wifi was reliable, beds were comfortable, staff was welcoming and helpful when needed. When we’re in Whistler that’s all we need - we’re only sleeping in the hotels, not hanging out in the room. Parking was less than $30.00 and we were allowed to leave the the car down in the garage after checking out. I’m glad many hotels are changing to less wasteful methods such as soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers in bathroom and not changing towels and bedding every day and Listel is practicing this.

Nothing. A great budget accommodation in a great location with inexpensive parking.

Great location, just off the bustle of the village walk. Short walk to the Gondolas and the main square. I have stayed here in summer and winter and enjoyed it in either season. I would stay again.

It doesn't seem to have an on-premise bike cleaning facility, which if you are coming from OS like me makes it slightly tricky to bring your own bike, clean it thoroughly, and pack it away. However, the bike park has pretty strong pressure washers available. Only really an issue for OS travelers though. Plenty of locals had their bikes in the bike storage room.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, my room was clean and the location was fantastic for us. I’ve read other reviews that this hotel is “dated” and not worth the price but although I agree it is dated, it’s also in beautiful Whistler right in the village. Very clean and comfortable! I stayed with an elderly friend and being right in the village with all amenities so close was great! We knew our stay was going to be just shopping, eating and relaxing so this was perfect for us. We both appreciate the front desk staff giving us a map and telling us cool things to do, and great places to eat. As well, we had a small issue with the A/C ( we didn’t know how to work it lol) which maintenance showed up within 15 minutes and explained how it worked. Thank you for a great visit to your beautiful town ❤️

My only complaint is the price for parking. $29 for the day was too pricey for me so we parked in the lots outside the village (5 minute walk) for $14/ day.

I had not realized that Whistler was basically built for the 2010 Olympics, and this hotel is part of all that. The rooms are lush and the restaurant in the hotel is extraordinary. Extra bonus nice thing: my room was right down the hall from an amenity room, where they offered both still and sparkling water for you to take to your room--those small touches add up! Close to wonderful walking trails.

I found Whistler hard to get around--it's a invented town, meant to be environmental (which it is!) lots of green spaces, and is not all that friendly to cars, which is all good unless you are driving one, and it would be hard to get there without one. The hotel is tucked in with several other hotels, so the view in that lovely place is just other hotels, and you have to pay to park, never a welcome add-on. It is hard even on foot to figure out where things are. These are not the fault of the hotel at all, but it would be nice if they had maps. Siri was confounded by the place.

Location is excellent, close to village yet (a couple of minutes walk) not on the main street (less noisy). Appreciate the hot beverage at lobby every day and hot chocolate for after ski. Bearfoot restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend to book in advance. Staff are all very friendly. Comfortable room, enough storage space for 2 people with gears. WiFi is included Parking at CAD28 per night Value for money

Can be noisy within rooms when there are screaming kids opposite/ next door and when people are walking/ running in ski boots. Appreciate the equipment (ski and snowboard) storage rooms, however, it would have been nice to have the storage room for boots and poles as well. Perhaps it can be individual lockers per room.

Went to Whistler for an offroad training course, right as everything was being shut down for pandemic reasons. Staff called me beforehand to discuss, and were more than helpful the whole trip. Being able to use the hot tub on a booking system was awesome. I was there for four days and the room didn't get serviced (pandemic safety I'm guessing) so I had to flag someone down to get more coffee, but that was all I could complain about. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

$22 for parking is kind of steep, but given that the motorcycle was safe and secure it was worth it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in staff was cordial. Location is great. Close to Village walk, yet few steps down and away, so that it is quite. Liked the filtered drinking water fountain. Parking is pricey at $29. We just parked at nearby Day 4 Lot for $8. We had parked there to take Blackcomb Gondola. Parking is free from 5pm to 8 am next day. Just 5 min walk from Listel.
