Room was unique and spacious, had all amenities we needed. Laundry was a plus. Location was perfect. Staff was wonderful. ROXY was incredibly pleasant at check-in and answered all our questions. Very friendly! She even sent a nice bottle of wine to our room as an anniversary gift! Thank you!

Bike storage is clunky, clearly made to accommodate skiers. No cards, so you are entering a 9-digit code for all of the building doors. That gets a little annoying.

Good size room,rustic ski style,excellent washer dryer, cooker,microwave,etc, v clean old style bathroom n tub shower,good towels n soap.Excellent staff Thank you to Simon,Jacob n the man from Cornwall, very responsive to a request for help with TV,..which in the end we did not need n a kettle..v good staff.

If I want to be picky .. ...perhaps the rooms could be darker for sleeping, and when repainting I would change some of the wall n ceiling colours....

we stayed in unit 305. it needs updating but it was fine. the problem was with the beds. the bunk bed is old and has a metal frame. it wobbles and squeaks and is virtually impossible to sleep on because any movement causes a racket. the king bed mattress was also quite old and worn out. even after I requested them to flip it, it was still pretty bad. After 2 nights, they offered to upgrade us to unit 407. more recently renovated, nice place and in good shape. I still had an issue with the king mattress. it definitely should be changed, but otherwise it was great.

Easy book in as the emails received were very simple. Parking was at our cost but was straight under the Sundial hotel. Position of suite couldn’t have been more perfect for 4 ladies, 3 that had never been there. Looking straight onto the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. I was sad that all gondolas were down for maintenance as that is one of the attractions to the area. I understand that it needs to be done, but one should be open for visitors to the area.

Fell on our feet with this one with a great location right in the village close to the gondolas. A lovely suite that the kids gave a wow! to when we arrived. It was warm when we were there (up to 28C) and we had both the windows and patio door open most of the time which allowed in the atmosphere and hub-bub of the place plus some music from below to filter in which wasn't too loud for us and stopped later in the evening when I think there is some kind of noise curfew.

Was initially a bit worried that check in via Sundial Hotel was going to be complicated but the staff at Sundial were super helpful and impressive. We checked in early and Rachael at the front desk was amazing. She was able to help fix a problem with the snowmobile and ski session I had (badly) planned on the spot. Received a text message when our suite was ready and by the time we came back from our outing in the evening, all our luggages (for 6 people) were all neatly lined up in the suite. While located on the lowest (2nd floor) our suite had a nice view of the peaks and easy access to the gondolas. We enjoyed the convenient location and the super responsive service and didn't really mind the slightly louder noise & music during day time.

Location was fantastic and checkin staff at sundial hotel were very helpful. So close to ski lifts, ski school and heart of the village.

The noise form the nightclub below is loud and the base beats through till after 12pm. I was told outside closes at 10pm which i think it did but the noise from the inside was loud and if a pumping base annoys you at all i would find an alternate place.

Fabulous suite , two bedrooms two bathrooms , extra pull down double amazing view from the balcony of the mountains and the main square Washer , dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher , log fire , parking ,etc etc etc

Location was amazing, decent size rooms, bed was really comfy, showers are hot and warm, in-house laundry was a huge plus! Kind of thought, maybe being above Longhorns we might get some noise, but there was nothing at all

First time, finding the lift was a little bit tricky. 😂

Responsive staff and convenient location for skiing and exploring the village. Apt 305 faces lift and has a view of the mountains. Storage for snowboard and skis in basement facility. Easy walk to grocery stores and shops.
