Location was amazing. Right in the centre of Whistler. Surprised how quiet my room was thinking it would be loud because of location. Love that you can open the window, big bonus for me. Views of two mountains were awesome. Room was clean and a great size.

We had a very nice room overlooking the square. This hotel has everything you need for a great stay, lovely public spaces, restaurants, close to the mountain, shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional. We had a problem with our toilet - got immediate response, very helpful with recommendations for hikes, and area dining.

They had a pipe break just before we got there so there were huge industrial fans running in the hallway and the carpet in our room was slightly damp from the flooding. Our toilet also had issues flushing. Someone came and fixed it right away but it didn't hold. Also, there was an elevator to our floor but then it require hauling luggage up and 4 stairs to get it to the hallway to our room. Weird.

Great Location, super convenient for shops, eating out, gondolas etc. Staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed in loft suite with two adults and three teens, kitchen area really handy and fairly well equipped.

No dislikes, but we felt we could have done with more hanging space for 5 people, also something in the room to dry clothes on (not everything can go in the tumble dryer). Possibly more crockery and glasses etc would be useful - especially with kids!

Great location with access onto the village stroll. Clean room with AC and a great, powerful shower. The hotel caters for dog owners and mountain bikers. Swimming pool is a nice addition (although very busy during the day).

The parking was full when we arrived so had to park at the Conference Centre which was slightly inconvenient. You also have to pay $25 per night which is quite a lot (from 5pm to 10pm you can pay $6.25 if you are intending to use your car during the day). The room was exactly as described but we were a little bit disappointed with the noise coming from the corridor, you could literally hear everything. One small window makes it also very dark, even during the day. Overall, we would definitely stay again but would ask for a room with more natural light.

Everything about the hotel was phenomenal! Location, cleanliness, room comfort, the staff, and pretty good value for money relative to what else is available in Whistler.

Only one thing - the pool and hot tub are right beside where the smoking area is. There is a wall divider, but the smoke unfortunately goes right around it... we had to leave pretty quick after.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. We upgraded to a larger room and the increase in cost was reasonable. Location in Whistler is excellent. Good value for the area - we'd definitely stay there again.

The pool is outside - down a hallway, past the very busy restaurant entrance then outside... not really appealing to do the walk in a robe. The sauna is much better situated inside the hotel!! Parking can be a challenge as they have limited spaces available so you might end up in a lot nearby.

The hotel was right in Whistler village, which was so convenient for walking everywhere. We were given a room in a quiet area, as requested. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Spaghetti Factory was in the basement, great for dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The only criticism I have is that the bath was very deep, and there was no grab bar, so I found it awkward to get into for a shower. This wouldn’t be a problem for everyone

The location was great. Staff was amazing Beds were comfortable.

The room was small and for money. Plus was not happy with Booking .com They gave a room that we over payed. On Monday we got charged $606.00 the next day they charged $379.00 and the day after was $379.00. If anyone has to make reservation ho direct. Not happy with BOOKING.COM.

Location of the hotel was perfect for the group of late teens and adults. Two min walk to lifts. central to all shopping and Apre-ski for the evening. Great ski rental underneath the hotel. We had a deluxe double queen room with small kitchenet. The hotel bar was brilliant!. It had great staff and we had pool games card games and had a karaoke night on top of live singers.

No oven or ring burner or clothes washer in room. The fridge freezer was very loud when trying to sleep. the heating dropped at night without warning so getting out of bed to reset it was a bore. We booked with Whistler.com as a brooking agent and was advised to get ski rental from spicy sports , we didn't realise there was a inhouse ski rental which would have made the first and last day of the trip easier!.

As usual, my stay at the Crystal Lodge was great! The location is right in the heart of the village close to the shops, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, etc. The pool is perfect for kiddos because it's not very deep and the hot tub is lovely after all the walking and bike riding. I also thought the staff was very friendly and the bonus for staying at the hotel is you get a discount at adjoining establishments. So... our bike rentals and dinner at the Spaghetti Factory were discounted as well as our purchase at the Rocks and Gems store,

My only complaint which is the same one I had last year is the pillows. They really need to change them all out. They are lumpy and offer absolutely no support. We didn't sleep that great and on the last day I felt a tweak in my neck. If you can, bring your own pillow.
