I booked this hotel as a gift for a friend of mine for her birthday. She went with her husband and said that she very much enjoyed the location.

Again, I booked this hotel for a friend of mine for her birthday. I have personally stayed here before, and very much liked it. However, that being said, I always have difficulty with the staff/front desk when trying to make arrangements. In person everybody is always lovely, but they really arent the over and above type when trying to work through things over email or on the phone and can make things more difficult than necessary.

the staff were super helpful and gave me a complete lowdown on the area and what I needed to know as soon as I arrived. I didn’t get his name but I remember he told me that he went to uni in Edinburgh. great guy on front desk. Also the location is excellent, right in the centre of things and you can use the pool at their sister hotel across the road.

I didn’t like that our room was on two floors with the actual bed on a mezzanine above. because the aircon was only on on the first floor, so sleeping was hard work in the ridiculous heat we had when there in august.

The location is incredible. I went there to go mountain biking and this is very close to the lifts/gondola. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The layout of the floors is a bit awkward and for my room it required going up or down a couple flights of stairs to get to the elevator. That was a bit challenging with the luggage.

The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly She answered all our questions fully and provided detailed info that was so helpful

The loft was nice but uncomfortably hot up there Almost wanted to sleep on couch. When booking the hotel it was not made know we had to pay for parking until after the booking was completed. Had I know this it may have influenced where I stayed

The room was like a sauna when I went in the first time. There was heat pumping out into the room Parking was also full by the time I got there - Had to park overnight in public car park

Location was very convenient right in the middle of the Whistler Village. The very high ceiling in the room was a pleasant surprise, makes the room feel special and almost luxurious.

The shower-only bathroom with only a shower curtain dividing the very cramp shower space and the rest of the small bathroom was a disappointment.

We loved the beds, balcony, and overall location. Thank you for the ear plugs they were needed for the proximity to the bustling night life.

Their payment system wouldn’t work with my Best Buy Citi Bank credit card and that’s ridiculous because it worked everywhere else in the Whistler village. Also, the stuff said they were going to take our luggage up to our room “right away” at 1pm, and we left and came back at 5pm and it was still sitting in the lobby.

The Executive Inn had a brilliant location close to the gondola up the mountain. The room was fine – nothing extraordinary but was better than expected for a room in the Village.

There was however an issue with noise as the doors and walls were pretty thing.

Location was amazing. Cute little loft with a kitchenette. Comfy bed upstairs in the loft. Big shower and has a fireplace.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are not at this location but at their sister hotel across the street. Pool and hot tub were a bit murky also

A great place. I really liked the location. I also thought the loft bed was a nice touch. Bath was also very comfortable. Thanks for the stay, at this price I would stay again for sure.

This place has been here for a while. Although I think it does well, the value for money is definitely what caught my attention. At this price you will definitely get a good amount of people.
