The resort was clean, tidy and looked fantastic, just what you'd expect from an alpine Lodge. . Our room was beyond expectation, very comfortable and clean with great amenities - 1 main bathroom, plus an Ensuite in the master bedroom. Coffee machine with coffee and condiments, television with cable. WiFi worked excellently and was easy to connect to. The pool and hot tub area was amazing and open for long hours of the day. We arrived in Whistler early in the day and we're able to drop our bags in the luggage storage while we explored and staff were able to provide an early check in so we could have access to the pool while the day was still warm and sunny. Staff were fantastic, even on an evening after the pool area closed the receptionist was lovely to talk to.

No issues or complaints at all.

Location - just a few minutes walk into Whistler Village, which made it a nice quiet location.- away from the centre which was very lively! Safe and secure car parking on site Lovely spacious suite. Clean and well equipped. Good base to explore Whistler and the surrounding area. Town guides (and waiter in The Brassierie) were very helpful in telling us the best things to do during our short stay in Whistler.

Carpets in hotel corridor smelt a bit stale. Bit of resort information in rooms would be helpful - best places for breakfast if you want to head out early for day - nothing appears to open before 9 in Whistler,

Nice pool area with small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Pool towels available free of charge. Parking available at $20 (April 2023) Good size rooms with kitchen so perfect for staying with friends and cooking meals to save on eating out. Really close to the village, short walk up the hill. The hotel have a shuttle service (not that we used it) during ski season to take people up to the village with their skis.

Cleaner tried to come in our room on check out day 1.5hours before we were due to check out. Told reception staff, didn’t seem to care, no apology just said they would tell management…. Highly doubt that happened. Hallways need updating/a little tlc. Number system is weird both 400+500 numbers on the 4th floor should just make numbers all 400s. Could hear banging from room above even though we were on the 4th (top floor could get to in the lift) Pool area should have one jacuzzi that is adults only or have an adults only time later in the evening.

The location is great right on the edge of the village so an easy walk to the Gondola, Whistler village area. The hotel is quite dated but still comfortable. Pets are welcome however this does mean that room cleanliness is average. We used the pool and hotel tub which are a nice addition. We booked the 2 bedroom suites they are a great size and perfect for a family of 4.

There is no bar or any kind of food offering. - this would have been nice

Very large apartment with two good sized bedroom (and bathrooms). Was good for our family of four (two teenagers). Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk up to the main square. Reasonable value compared to other accommodation that was available at fairly late notice. Car parking was extra - but $20 a night which was much cheaper and more convenient than the main Whistler lots.

Coffee or snacks in the reception area would have been a nice extra touch - we only saw dog treats.

Awesome location. Parked the car and it never moved for 2 whole days. Room was large, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms - VERY nice.......Shops and resaurants close by. Pool was great and very relaxing. Entrance area nicely maintained. Would I stay again - YES........

Shops and resaurants close by although shocked at how many were NOT open and Whilster was heaving with people - loosing money hand over fist in a busy vacation period. Corridors looking tired and in need of some TLC. Carpet is a real pain for moving wheelled cases....... Some of the wooden boards on our balcony were loose, so take care when stepping out....... Final negative, NO housing keeping during our stay(a really surprise for this type/cost of accomodation), hence only 8/10 from me. An onsite restaurant would be great.............Overal though, would I stay again - YES........

They charge for parking, which I think is no sense. You're already paying for a hotel how does it does not provide parking?? It is like a joke. On the other hand, they didn't refund the damage deposit yet, so I suggest paying it in cash and requesting cash back on your leave.

it was a nice one or two bedroom suite with a kitchen and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. The second bedroom was closed off to us as we were there as a couple but the other section available to us was great. The bed was very comfortable and the unit very comfortable and clean. The unit has a nice dining room table and chairs and a comfortable sofa. It has a nice gas fireplace and a fairly roomy balcony. The unit was well stocked of bedding an$ bathroom requirements. The resort is a short 10-15 minute walk on a sidewalk to Whistler Village and seems a very safe area. Parking costs $20 a day for secure parking.

Really nothing.

Very comfy and clean. It had all we needed, was close to town and the spectacular scenery. Great staff.

It's getting old. Definitely needs new flooring in all the hallways, but the suite was fine and comfortable. Great mattress.

The room was really good and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. I like the fact that the sofa bed was queen size and that it has 2 full bathrooms. The location is about 5-10 minutes walk to the village.

There is only one elevator, so you might have to wait your turn once you check-in. The pool and the hot tub are located outside across the main doors to the lodge (child doesn't mind that pool was outdoor). The pressure from the shower was good but the temperature isn't stable. There is a designated parking but there is a parking fee.
