The room was an entire apartment with kitchen, sink, fridge, and all the necessary for daily use. The bed was large and comfortable, linens were comfortable. The apartment is in the city center, right by the market place and the Olympic Plaza.

Parking space with charging is limited for Electric Vehicles, you may want to leave your car in one of the Park Lots, there are slow 6kW charging with J-1772 plugs. It is obviously a non-issue with regular gasoline cars, an underground parking is available with a park meter.

Easy to find, obliged with slightly earlier check in, staff very helpful and stored luggage pre check in and after we checked out.

Needs a few dollars spent on maintenance. Our bed was exceedingly high, while clean enough some dust build up was evident in the bathroom which was probably more an issue with the cleaning staff.

We really enjoyed our stay! Bed was super comfy. Big windows let in natural light. The balcony we had was huge and had a nice view of the mountains. Coffee was provided but there was a coffee shop right beside the building. The location is great, right in Whistler Village. Great burger joint right beside the building and a creperie across the street. Lots to see and do within walking distance. AC kept us nice and cool. The pool and hot tub were really nice and we had it to ourselves the two hours we used it. Staff were friendly. We’ll definitely be back :)

The TV was finicky - kept turning off and had connection issues.

Codes rather than keys is a great idea.

In the mornings, a neighbouring property had a delivery. The truck driver left his engine running whilst unloading. Not only bad for the environment, but also noisy not a reflection on the hotel, but the town should bad idleing

Bill was so great. He provided me with the key code prior to our arrival. He was friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Kitchen was nice. Bed was comfortable. The room is facing the pool. I love the hot tub and the pool. Location is very convenient by the whistler village.

we booked for 3 people but we only get 2 towels. We arrive a little too late. Room layout is awkward with the sofa bed. I wish there was a dish drying rack.

Great location right in the heart of Whistler. We spent Christmas Eve and Day here with the family (eight of us across two rooms) and it was perfect for that. Facilities were good, everyone used the hot tub and it was certainly warm.

One room had open plan lounge/bedroom which lacked privacy.

Nice staff, location very good, flat in very good shape, everything needed inside, pool and tube available

Parking situation a little difficult to adapt and parking lots rather narrow. But never mind, this is a rather unimportant point.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was stocked with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed the patio facing the Village and mountains.

Parking spaces are very tight, especially when other guests park over the lines. Making it extremely difficult to get into the spot and getting in and out of your car.

We were really surprised as we thought this was just going to be another hotel room experience, but it was like staying in an awesome apartment. Full kitchen, two balconies that faced the mountains, extremely clean room.

Having to pay for parking is a bit annoying, but this seems to be the case at a lot of places we've stayed in and around Vancouver.

Handy and close to the Village.

Air conditioner was very noisy and directly aimed at the bed, hitting the sleeper directly. The fireplace pilot was still on creating heat in the unit fighting the air conditioning.
