Staff was very accommodating with parking our motorcycles under a shelter from the overnight rain storm.

This building appears to be in a sort of Bermuda Triangle. Is it on Old Yonge Street in "Newmarket", "Holland Landing" or "East Gwillimbury"? Google doesn't seem to know and constantly switches between them such that skip the dishes, Uber eats and door dash don't recognize it. We were on motorcycles and wanted to order Pizza rather than go out in the pouring rain. It took us an hour to find out that Pizza Hut was pretty much the only restaurant in Newmarket that will deliver to that location including ones that were less than a kilometer away.

The rooms were clean, and pretty average. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool alone is well worth the stay! Overall, surprising for the low rate.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast bags. There should be one bag per guest, and I would have liked there to be a fruit. Also, the bathroom light is on a timer and located outside of the bathroom; highly frustrating.

The location was good for the purpose of our stay. We attended a wedding in the afternoon. Our room was located in the inner courtyard of the complex which was very good, since Old Yonge Street was very busy with traffic. The inner grounds of the Inn had beautiful gardens and a pond. Our room was in a very nice location, with the added bonus of a small separate kitchen. If we were staying for a longer period of time it would have been great to have the convenience of a separate kitchen area with a table and chairs. The Inn also had an indoor pool, which would have been nice for a longer stay.

The location is easy to get to and it was the closest to my destination at a good price. The room was very clean and had everything required for a quick stay including a bar fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. It has an indoor pool but, I didn't use it so, I can't comment on it.

Breakfast is not much of a breakfast but more of a bag to go and more kid oriented than for adults (too much sugar - orange juice, a fruit bar, a chocolate muffin and a little piece of cheese). Regardless, you can get a decent cup of coffee to go. Although clean, the room must have been a smoking room in the past as you can still smell the stale tobacco. Also, the sheets were pretty old and although clean, had small holes in them.

The screen door in room 68 needs replacing. Baking Soda in fridges helps eliminate odors. The pool had very strong chlorine fumes and not well ventilated. Bagged breakfast was convenient Coffee machine and ice machine very useful in summer but winter time would be inconvenient location. Overall, it was satisfactory for our needs for 1 night. Thank You

I LOVED the pool. Extremely clean and the water was at the perfect temperature. In the room the bathroom was awesome. Did not miss not having a bathtub and truly enjoyed the new renovated shower . It was quiet in the room and SO clean

I guess not having an elevator but it’s only 2 stories aside from that for the price it was super comfortable

This property exceeded my expectations considering the price. I was expecting an old run down inn and our room looked recently renovated and very clean. Our room was very quiet and overlooked a little garden which was lovely. The staff upon check in was so sweet and even upgraded me to a “nicer room”. Shower pressure was wonderful and comfortable beds.

A breakfast bag was not what I expected. Being a diabetic it did not meet my needs. Another time we will just go out for breakfast. Sunset Grill is close by!!!

The television reception was not great. One channel, which happened to be the one we wanted to watch most, was terrible. We couldn't use that channel at all.

Due to Covid, bag brekkie was ok.. coffee was very good. Loved the pool, very nice and deep. Water was warm. We had the room right above the pool which was great, we did not have to go outside to access it. The grounds beautifully maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. My check in time was 2pm, but I came in early at 11:30 because of snow storm on the way up. I was allowed into my room at 11:30. This was extremely helpful to me and my family. Room looked recently renovated and it was very nice.

Nothing that I can think of. Had to drive to any food facilities. I'm not sure if they had a restaurant before, but Covid certainly makes things difficult for the small business owner. Not their fault that they have so many restrictions.

The woman checking me out was great. Warm friendly and efficient. The room was exactly what I booked.

The woman checking me in acted like I was bothering her. She questioned why I was in the suite I was. My daughter had surgery so I wanted no stairs. She seemed annoyed that I booked threw a third party site. It even seemed to bother her that I was there for just one night. If my daughter had just have surgery I would have looked for another place.
