Convenient location and access to freeway, yet quiet area. Great breakfast. lots of variety and food well prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable but a challenge due to height. I am 5 foot 6 and had to basically throw myself into bed and slide out.

Pet fee of $75 for one night is excessive, have never paid more than $25 anywhere else and we always travel with two small dogs. Hotel is advertised as pet friendly but pet charge is not fair. There was an issue with respect to cleanliness of bathroom which should not have happened.

This is a beautiful new hotel. The breakfast area was very clean with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice to have healthier options. They even had almond milk.

The dishes at the breakfast are all disposable. There was a terrible amount of garbage being created. I would much prefer to use reusable cutlery and dishes. We travel this route frequently, so if we stay again, I will be bringing our own. There was only one chair in our room. We prefer to eat in our room, and only one chair made dining a challenge.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good, with different varieties to choose from.

Room size was a bit small. It would've been nice to have a chair in the room with 2 queens. Or a couch instead of a chair in the 1 King room. How about a microwave in the room? Loved that the coffee was available for all, all day.

The staff that greeted me were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower was incredible! Even though the hotel was busy, it was very very quiet. I had a great sleep and I usually don't sleep well in hotels! The breakfast was a great spread and there were staff constantly filling up so you never had to worry about missing out on something. And the area was extremely clean. Very impressed

That there was no milk offered after breakfast for the tea in the room. Pretty important for tea drinkers... but that's the only fault I could find and that was such a small thing.

Very clean dare I say immaculate. The hotel is very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. My only grouse is the fact that, like many of this category of hotel, is the indiscriminate use of plastic and disposable dishes at breakfast. When are they going to get on board with the rest of us who are concerned with this unnecessary use of plastic and paper when there are good ecological alternatives.

The room was clean & comfortable. The shower had great water pressure after a long day of driving! The bed was also comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very small things. There was the starting of pink mold in the shower corners. That needs bleach to remove completely. Also a few extra amenities, like cotton balls & Q-tips, in the bathroom would be great.

Friendly reception, wonderful breakfast (fruit was actually fresh), room was designed for efficiency and easy to keep organized. Decent dining was close by and it took only a few moments to get to the waterfront by car.

Old style low toilets - why not ‘comfort height’? Soap containers anchored on bathroom wall - inconvenient to reach but does keep the area neat.

The staff was unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful. Everyone from the desk staff, to the breakfast room waiters, to the cleaning staff, were just super. Also, the shower was very safe, the water was good and hot, and the mattress was superb.

More varied breakfast menu, especially fresh fruit. I would have liked prettier scenery out the window, but the convenience and parking made it worth while.

I really loves the hotel very modern and luxurious all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast blew me away. Felt like I was at a fancy restaurant.

Only thing that bothered me did not know that government issues health card ids were not accepted. If I knew I would of brought my pass port. Also wish the pool had a clock. I would of given it a perfect 10.

I liked the pool, the fact that there was a laundry room available the whole day and also a gym. I also liked the breakfast that was included in the price. The location is wonderful as it's located close to wallmart and superstore and there is a gas statin close by

the breakfast area was only open until 9 a.m during weekdays One thing that I did not like is that one staff member seemed to be a bit rude, or at least came off that way.
