Our suite had an excellent view of the marina and beyond, plus a well-equipped kitchen (full-sized cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, kettle, coffee-maker) with all the plates, dishes, utensils, cutlery, cookware, pots and pans you need to cook for yourself. Washing machine and tumble dryer too! Large dining table. Comfortable beds, good-size balcony, high-quality bedding and towels and robes and sundries. A very, very comfortable place to stay with friends and family. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The facilities around the reception area (billiard room, Steinway piano, shuffleboard table, pools, lounging areas (inside and out) are splendid and contribute to the sense that this is a special place to stay. Would definitely want to go back next time I am in Brockville.

The 'housekeeping' could have been done to a higher standard -- thick layer of dust under the bed, and it didn't look like the floor had been swept since the previous guests -- but the cleanliness of everything that really mattered was exceptional.

Everything was clean and in good condition

I didn't like how I could not contact the hotel by phone. I left 2 voicemails to ask a question and it was not returned. It seemed as though there was no one at the desk answering phones. The voicemail of the resort instructed callers to leave a message and that the call would be returned--but was not. I sent an email with no response either. This was my only concern.

Great river room view 1 bedroom unit

I did not rate the restaurant here as I think it's a separate rating. The restaurant is bellow resort standings. I have not seen so many fired and unhealthy items in my life. Even the salad (joking) may have been deep fried. Only fish on menu - deep fried. Also, EV guys take note. I was given an outside spot and no access to charging. With so many EVs on the road including Tesla, it should be a given for this property to offer charging.

Location is gold! The studio was full equiped: kitchen, washing machine and dryer, ac… very spacious and comfortable, we had a river view, that was wonderful. The pool was not crowded, clean and very nice

Check-in experience was awful. The reception was difficult to find and there was nobody because they were understaffed

Excellent location, excellent staff, super clean. Beautiful view of the St Laurence River from a big window at the living room.

COVID protocols shouldn’t mean not doing any service at all. On a 7 days stay they should collect garbage e do some minimal cleaning, but they don’t, unless you ask for it. Balcony floor was dirty since we arrived, and has no furniture. Should have at least some chairs. Doesn’t comfortably accommodate 5 people. They book 5 people on 1 room with a king bed and a foldable “queen” sofa bed. And the 5th?? Not comfortable for 3 people out of of 5 booked.

Spacious beautiful condo. view was awesome. Lots of light. Every appliance and detail was meticulously planned. Shower was great, kitchen phenomenal, lots of things to do around including an aquarium next door. Had dinner at Moose McGuires on the property which fit the bill for us. Great parking included.

Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy!

we had to ask for everything, such as coffee, towels, TOILET PAPER, and trash pickup. everyone was nice, but it seemed understaffed.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful, the pool is amazing.

Trying to find the entrance to this hotel in a maze of stairs and elevators was a nightmare. Got lost several times, had to constantly ask people to show us the way.

The A/C was too high and had to be adjusted and the blinds were difficult to adjust.
