I woke a bit too late for breakfast, but the breakfast room was large enough to fit in a large number of guests and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

The only thing wrong was the work being done outside of the main doors made me feel a little guilty for using them, but the work had to be done and I got over the guilt. The men doing the work were very polite and helpful.

The location was good and the breakfast was fine. The beds were comfy.

I was not pleased that if I used my CAA discount the price of the room would be higher. I thought the price was over priced to start with. We had problems checking in and when we finally got to our room, someone else was already in there. It took quite some time to get things straightened out and get a room.

The staff was great, they made sure I had a crib for my toddler and also even let us check in slightly earlier so my guy could take a nap! The breakfast selection was amazing (staff was very helpful), the pool was a great addition for our stay. The room that we booked was good so it allowed for us to sleep on one side, while my little one had a separate space to sleep in (less disturbance).

Minor comment, the pillows didnt hold its structure, so it made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping (but honestly this is personal preference only).

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and all of the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We were staying for an event (along with several other guests) that required us to be up before usual weekend breakfast time so they altered the start time to be earlier to accommodate us.

The accessible room was fantastic with it's roll in shower. Large rooms and hallway to accommodate our special needs. The bed and pillows we top notch! Breakfast had everything hot and cold with the exception of my favorite, hashbrowns. Still a good meal!

There needs to be more artwork to make it feel more like home. None on walls facing television nor in the bathroom.

Location was great. Receptionist was very helpful when encountering a problem with the booking. Breakfast was excellent (including hot coffee and a variety of hot and cold food) Breakfast attendant was very helpful and welcoming. Was convenient to be able to enter from outside door and use staircase instead of elevator.

The room was very clean except for the carpet, which had some gross stains on it. Room 201

Besides the few faults the 2 rooms we had were great and we stayed 2 nights .

The only fault we had we had room 409 and the curtains were ripped so when closed you still had light coming in . The pool water was cold and we always had to ask for towels for pool and towels for our rooms .

Breakfast was great. Maybe have a ice machine on each floor. our fridge did not seem that cold.

the curtains did not close and if you where in the bed b y the window the light from the front entrance way shone in your room.

Could have been a little warmer but it was good and the selection covered all that anyone wanted. The staff very friendly and helpful.The location although out of the way no problems getting to where ever we wanted to go. Desk staff also very helpful.

The coffee maker could have been better and a lot of people prefer tea.

The breakfast was good, great selection. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful and on top of refilling the empty platters. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The room was clean, we felt safe and very happy with the experience.
