It was very clean and well kept. During our trip I needed to contact the property manager a couple times to ask for supplies or details on our checkout process, and I always got a timely and courteous reply. The location was great. Everything was within walking distance!

There were a few occasions where other tenants in the building were noisy, but it was not frequent.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had several amenities which was convenient to use.

1. When I booked the apartment, I was not aware it was a basement apartment. 2. The cleaning company left towels in the dryer and wet sheets in the closet.

Cleanliness. Provided all things that could be needed in the kitchen , bathroom etc. provided some free nearby parking. Great Communication!

Could use one more Living room chair if looking for comfort during tv time.

Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Toronto. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need!

The apartment is in a basement level but not a big deal as it is serviced by elevator. It is clean and bright with new appliances and polished concrete floor so perfect and simple. The Couch is a little uncomfortable but otherwise the beds are fine and it is very quiet in this apartment so restful sleep is achievable. 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely distillery area and no taxi needed. Also close to the streetcar for a ride straight into the centre of town. The area is quiet and away from the busy centre. Several nice breakfast / brunch shops to go to in the morning before you travel into the city. There is a rental car facility in the apartment block parking lot which we did not know about but could be useful if you wanted to head out of town.

The arrival experience was less than ideal with unclear instructions of how to access the property. There is a keypad on both the main access door to the block and also the apartment itself so ensure you have full instructiosn of how to use these prior to your arrival or you will be waiting for assistance like us.

Cleanness

The facilities were very clean and comfortable, but there were many problems. When I took a shower first, the next person didn't get hot water. There were only cold water. Furthermore, when the entrance door has not opening, security did not respond, and the manager of the facility didn't answer as well. We were very tired but we should stood outside wait a long time. I think it is a problem that no one can respond immediately when something happens. When I asked if there was something, they said it should be around, but NO and in the end there was no contact at all. I would accept that with $50 per night, but I paid $300 /pn and I was very disappointing.
