The price was great for a good location in downtown Toronto, we spent two nights and we had absolutely no issues. The space was clean, it smelled fresh and looked tidy, the bathroom was specifically clean which I was really impressed with. The space had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and counter space, as well as a small round kitchen table! The bathroom has a nice sized shower and included two bedroom both similar layout with a decent view of the city. We would definitely stay here again, it’s perfect if you’re on the go and looking for somewhere clean to rest your head!

There’s nothing I can think of that we didn’t like about this property! Just a heads up to make sure that you tap your key card on the door before you leave for the day (that locks the door, it doesn’t lock on its own after you close it like a hotel does) super easy, but a good tip to know!

Bring a small reading lamp with you. The bedrooms have bright fluorescent lights with NO dimmer control. Parking Garage rates 2023-05-10 ($18 per Day)

Friendly staff, easy check in. Good size rooms. Clean rooms. The beds were comfy. Great towels. Easy access to Toronto centre by 504a tram or about 20 min walk on Front St E. Supermarket/coffee shop close by: Marche Leo’s and Dark Horse. Easy walking distance to the distillery district. As it’s a Student residence - there is a games room on floor 2 with table tennis and pool tables.

The only equipment in the kichenette is a large fridge/freezer and a microwave and four disposable plastic cups. We bought a pack of wooden cutlery cheaply at the supermarket and so could make a few basic meals (sandwiches etc). We bought all hot drinks at supermarket and coffee shop.

The hotel was perfectly placed within the city. A 2 minute walk from the Distillery District and a 20 minute streetcar ride from Downtown. The little apartments had 2 bedrooms a kitchenette with fridge freezer and dining table for 2. The shower room was perfectly sized. There are no utensils, which we knew about and catered for, however, if you don't read that in the small print, you will go expecting something entirely different. It is not your usual hotel. It is student accommodation during the school year. I thought it was great, a good idea for utilising an otherwise empty building during the summer months. The beds were small for two adults, and quite soft. It was not the best night's sleep we had, but it didn't put us off the location and we would stay there again. The staff were very helpful even walking with my husband at 11pm, on the night of arrival, to show him where to get food.

•Great location without being noisy. •We could either walk or take the streetcar to many downtown places. •Friendly & helpful staff •2 bedroom apartment was great for a family. •Very spacious. •Kitchenette meant we could eat some of our own breakfast in. •Large luggage storage room which we could use after check out until we needed to go to the airport. •A few great restaurants nearby (Souk Taboule, Sukho Thai). •Walking distance to several grocery stores.

•No dishes in the kitchenette...we had to bring our own. Provided plastic drinking cups. •No other facilities. •Coffee shop downstairs is a little pricey...limited quick access to affordable coffee. No coffee/tea facilities in rooms or lobby.

Great space in rooms and convient for walking into city. Good staff. It would be better if this was advertised as college accommodation and that there is no utensils in kitchen which surprised us, especially arriving late at night. But we asked at desk and got given paper plates, knives, forks , spoon etc. We then got a takeaway and kept the containers to use, so managed quite adequately for the 6 nights. We brought coffee in the coffee shop next door in the evening and then just reheated them in the microwave in the morning, so with a little adjustment all worked well for our stay.

Not being advertised as college accommodation.

Great location for a last minute booking for two people. It *is* a residence (not a hotel or an airbnb) so one needs to manage their expectations when staying here. The two separate bedrooms are nice if you're staying with family and want some privacy. Our room was accessible, so that was nice. Fridge is adequate for food, drinks and snacks. Microwave en suite was also helpful. -There is no stove or hot plates in the room. It does not come equipped with plates or utensils either. So you may want to keep that in mind for consuming food in your room. They did supply plastic cups in the dining area and the bathroom. There is a pool table, laundry and pingpong on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also someone there 24/hrs so you can check in any time after 3pm. Relatively quiet given that it was fully booked and close to a busy area. Each room comes equipped with a desk and chair, tv with netflix and cable. Lots of storage and closet space. Everything was immaculate. Towels were nice sized and fluffy-a rarity in places like this. It's in a great area, people were very friendly and lots of dogs to pet. There is a marche close by, but it is a bit pricey so if you can shop elsewhere I recommend that. There is also a vending machine, but that can also be a bit expensive (average price was $3.50 for a small coke) Bed was adequate, but a bit bouncy for my taste. Pillows were nice, not too fluffy or hard. Bus to Union is a close walk and there is a street car close by as well.

Couldn't get into the wifi, so that was mildly irritating. Mind you, we didn't spend that much time in the room to really care about that sort of thing. That would most likely be a bother for others. As others have mentioned, there is no blackout curtains or shades. There is a blind that helps block out a majority of the light however. A bit pricey for what you get, but it was a last minute booking since I got 'bumped' out of my original place to stay. You're very close to the downtown core and it is a lovely neighbourhood so that kind of makes up for it.

Great location, the tram stop is located right outside the property. Very friendly staff, I needed an invoice for my stay and got it without any problem. Very nice quality for a fair price. The beds were very comfortable, the cleaning was fine. The apartment was very spacious, the kitchen was in a good condition.

The kitchen did not have any utensils and dishes. We were told that there would be plastic single use utensils, but none were given to us. It was impossible to prepare any food in the kitchen, even a sandwich or a tea. The beds were quite small, wouldn't say that 2 people would comfortably sleep there.

The property is in a good location downtown, a 20 minute walk to the Rogers Center. The units are well-appointed, the beds are pretty decent for a dorm room. The price was great for downtown Toronto. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, overall a great stay.

There is no parking AT the facility, which is not prominently identified at the point of booking. There is Green P parking underground next to the residence for $18/24 hours. As with so many other hotels, we had to ask for more towels, which shouldn't really be needed since the number of guests is identified at the point of booking. If rooms are "prepared" in advance, there should be enough towels for each guest.

Solid apartment. Quite spacious bedrooms, everything else was sufficient. Location is convenient to a frequent streetcar (although happened to be out of service during our stay due to construction). Not many options for food directly nearby, but distillery district has plenty of bougie restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and Corktown/Cabbagetown are 10-30 minutes away. Overall pleasant stay, surprisingly good given the price.

The mattresses were springy, so one was in some danger of rolling off the edge, and only full-size (140 cm I guess). This made it a bit tricky to sleep with 2 people. Elevators were slow, one of the two was out of service for a while during our stay, and we weren't allowed to get to the ground floor via the staircases. As a result it took a while to actually get up to the room. The kitchen had no dishes, utensils, or cookware, but we knew that going in. And the apartment is definitely higher quality than my college dorm years ago.
