Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Very easy access to the Downtown area, subways and taxis. Loblaws is just a minute away so you have easy access to food and other supplies. Hotel is secure also and well managed. There was a minor incident that required the Fire Dept to be called upon and the fire alarm system activated and worked well with real-time announcements informing occupants as to what to do. There was no danger at hand. The Staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. Will return.

Only thing was that the room was a bit small but my family of four was comfortable.

It has a great location, with everything at walking distance. It took us a couple of days to learn the TTC system (public transportation). After that, it was really easy to move around and get to places in Downtown Toronto. The reception staff was really friendly and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive too. The beds were comfortable, although smaller than other hotels (Full instead of Queen). The toiletries provided were of great quality (Dove) and we had no need to ask for extra after 4 days.

Small rooms with thin walls, you could hear everything and everyone. Even though there are 4 elevators, only 3 were working at the time and they took a long time to reach the lobby. When we got to our room, the thermostat was set to 85 degrees in July, with instructions to not change it. By the second night we had to do something about it because we couldn't deal with how warm the room gets. Breakfast was not included ($25 each) and they offer a 10% voucher... still, very expensive. And parking was also not included ($35 per day) The room was small and uncomfortable to walk in, even for only 2 people. It has a great location, with everything at walking distance, but comparing to hotels a bit farther, I consider it expensive.

Location is great and convenient to all tour spots. The neighborhood has a lot of stores and restaurants. Subway and Street Bus is just at the corner. The room is clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. The size of the room is small but not unexpected. Pool is clean and staff are very polite and helpful! I even got a chance to chat with the house keeping ladies! I will definitely book again if returning to Toronto in the future.

I could not park my car in the parking garage because of the height limit. I have no problem finding another garage but if you have a mid size SUV, chances are the vehicle cannot get thru so be mindful. Besides, the elevators are pretty small - it fits 6 to 8 people the most without their luggage. A lot of airline crews will stay in this hotel and they check in as a group. So occasionally you will see congestion at the waiting area and they are only four elevators available.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown! Loads of things to do and see within a walking distance. The subway station is also a few steps away making getting to other parts of the city super easily. The hotel staff were super friendly and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

Rooms are definitely on the smaller side compared to other neighbouring hotels but given the location and price it wasn't an issue. However, if you're a family then you might find the rooms a little too tight. We also found the bed layouts to be unpractical (couldn't open the closet doors all the way due to the bed being in the way) but again not a major issue.

Large comfy bed. Even though being on the 23rd floor, the lifts were very efficient, and we hardly had to wait even at busy times Good en suite facilities and good range of complimentary items water temperature and pressure were good. The room was rather cramped and an odd shape. No view from the room Air con rather noisy meant sleeping was disrupted No room service facilities was disappointing Not a fan of paper disposable cups for coffee

The room had been refurbished since the last time we were there and was attractive. The shower looked very nice. Housekeeping requests were answered promptly. Bell staff were pleasant, prompt, and very efficient. This is an older building so the rooms were smaller than newer hotels. It had a king bed that made it seem smaller. Next time I'd ask for a queen room.

The shower needed a place to put one's foot. It needed a grab bar. There was a room safe which I appreciate. BUT THE SAFE WAS ON A SHELF ABOUT 6 FEET UP!! I was traveling with my husband but if I had been by myself I would have been unable to use it. I asked housekeeping for a step stool to reach it but they brought an old chair. I couldn't get up to stand on the chair. A step ladder or stool would have been much better, and safer. Or the safe should be moved.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. When you travel, finding 3 meals a day can become a chore but it was so great knowing at least 1 meal per day was taken care of, no need to go outside and find breakfast, it was whatever you could want right in house, for a great price. The staff at breakfast were fantastic, I've never seen such hard working people, pleasing guests and taking pride in their work. I can't say enough about how amazing the wait staff were. The facility was beyond clean and exceeded every single expectation we had. Bonus that it was right next to the Subway station. Took the UP express from Pearson to Union, hopped on the Northbound Subway toward Finch, got off at College Station just meters from the hotel.

The only thing that could have been better was a more stocked vending machine. I had to go to the Shoppers Drug Mart for after hour snacks.

We enjoyed the view from our room on the top floor, the little refridge area felt like a little kitchen. We asked for extra Keurig coffee pods and they were provided. The location was absolutely the best, so close to being able to walk to Toronto's best in every direction. Having left the car parking garage gave us much comfort in knowing it was safe for the entire time.

Would have liked a list of nearby restaurants including breakfast locations, coffee houses and casual eateries as well as their menus. So many places to eat in the area had menus in Chinese/Japonese and I did not understand anything.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft for my liking. I know some people like soft pillows but not me. The room has small fridge and coffeemaker. I like the hotel has swimming pool, microwave and coin operated laundry service available for guest to use.

The air-conditioning in my room not working properly. It's turning on and off so the temperature keep changing and alternating between warm and cold. The air-conditioning also was very noisy. Added to that, the room is not sound proof. I can hear people walking and talking outside my room.

The view from the last floor is great, with the CN Tower and the city skyline. WiFi was fast enough for backuping photos and videos and the antenna is in the room so there's good signal. The bed was very comfy. There was more than enough electrical outlets in the room so I was able to recharge everything. AC was functionning well in the July heat. Location was great, next to subway and tram, 24h grocery and food outlets.

Hotel toilet paper are often the thing that misses the mark and this hotel was not an exception. Toronto has too many crackheads and hobos but that's not the hotels' fault.
