The location is great, 30 meters from best shopping street and it’s in the heart of it Breakfast was good Bed comfy, good soundproof, slept very well Most of staff speak decent English

Daily cleaning was a bit light, beds not made properly, I think this is not acceptable for the standards of Conrad Concierge needs training We asked for table reservation and he keep saying this or this place is closed while it was not. Hotel is a bit a labyrinth, you have to take 2-3 different elevators to reach your room

Great location and facilities.

Most of the staff do not speak decent English. Check-in is slow. The check-in staff is ignorant and asked me whether I have got a China visa when I am a citizen of a country that allows me 15 day visa free stay in China. The Hotel should provide a guidebook and a transport map of Shanghai which would be helpful. The concierge staff do not seem to know Shanghai well. ☹️A Middle aged concierge gave me the wrong train line to take.

Perfect location

The air conditioner in the room is not cool . In the night it so hot that I had wake up . I request to change the room since day 1 . But your staff come to check and say everything it’s ok and bring the fan to me . It’s not ok for me I paid for 4 nights .

Staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location was convenient.

Being located in a very large shopping mall, there are many lifts and entrances to navigate to the hotel lobby. It could do with better signs especially if you emerge from the carpark, which is dark.

Everything is perfect. Everyone is nice and polite. Hotel is on main street for shopping. View is perfect.

Maybe more option for continental breakfast.

The hotel was Amazing, location and breakfast was perfect. Perfect for business and some sightseeing on Nanjing road. The breakfast was really good, I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is excellent , room layout not there fantastic and breakfast spread is ok but service staff at Breakfast is not that hygience .

Toilet Vanity top is too small , The booking for some room was not given accordingly to our booking .

Bathroom / toilet not very comfortable … can’t properly close / lock toilet door, shower is not convenient and plumbing in general feels worn out.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant greeting people where extremely poor, basically stopped helping me with my query then blanked me

Great service. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. Gym was decent enough

The room had difficulties with the electric curtain. The drain in the bathtub didn't work properly. Both minor things.
