Absolutely loved this huge, well-vented and well-designed apartment, we had everything that we needed here and a great view to boot. The best parts were the weighted blanket and the black-out curtains - we slept very well. The staff was super nice and effective - the cleaning lady was *very* thorough. One of my favorite places to stay!

Location is the key. Hotel is sitting on a green line #2, which connects Hongqiao and Pudong airports. Also it's our line to go to see our daughter who is studying in Pudong, and our son is in Puxi. Also, kids can stay with us on weekends. Just need one more room sometimes.

The breakfast could be better, choice isn't much, but there are plenty of it just around the corner, so it's really isn't a big deal. We like to have a porridge from the McDonalds or have some sandwiches from Starbucks.

The breakfast is delicious! The room is so big. The hotel's located near to Nanjing Road.. you can walk 5 mins to the People's Square metro station. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my return trip to Shanghai.

The place was clean quiet and convenient location to everything. Good, wholesome breakfast with a good variety of western and Asian foods. It also provided free self laundry and drying facilities which were very convenient and useful.

The staff spoke limited English. Although they tried to service the foreign customers, it was little frustrating at times. Also the cook in the "open" style breakfast restaurant who cooked omelets and noodles was careless and NOT hygienic - She would re-use the spatula and some foods that she had dropped off, and she was tasting the soup (for the noodle) using the cooking scoop. This was certainly unpleasant and worrying for all other standards back in the kitchen - they probably have very poor standards.

Unbeatable location, the service apartment is within walking distance to many tourist spots in Shanghai. It is a 2 minutes walk to Peoples Square connected by 3 subway lines. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store near the corner of the building and you receive a 12% discount om purchase by showing your room key card.

The facility is a bit outdated, room size is on the average side, we booked 1 bedroom apartment which has washer/dryer but the kitchen is fairly small. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with small LCD TVs, limited English programs are available through satellite channels however the signal quality is questionable. There is an unpleasant sewage odour in our bathroom due to the aging of the building.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the main shopping area and many options for food nearby. Buffet breakfast was handy in the mornings without worrying where to eat, staff were friendly, polite, and made us feel very welcome. When we raised an issue with our original room, staff were happy to move us to a different room. Washing machine, washing detergent, microwave, and dinnerware and cutlery are all provided. The bidet toilet was a nice surprise. Would look to stay here again next time.

Would be even better if there was some dishwashing detergent in the kitchen so we can clean up after ourselves or our own kitchenware if required.

Hotel is very well located and my room was very large, had a modern bathroom, a kitchen and amazing views, it was a great room. The bed was super comfortable and loved the pillows. The lady looking after the housekeeping, Lisa, I believe, was very friendly and smiled at all time, said hello and goodbye and always happy, it was very refreshing. Breakfast was abundant and with plenty of choices.

The staff at reception were not very welcoming and when asked for advice on how the washing machine worked, it seemed they didn’t want to help and it felt I had to apologise for bothering them and asking questions. They made me feel uncomfortable despite being the customer.

The hotel looks like a hotel from old American movies. There are long corridors with dim lights. But it all adds to the charm. The room is spacious and quite cozy. Our room had a lovely kitchenette with nice pastel colors. The bathroom had a full bathtub. I also ordered many packages which the couriers left in the laundry room. This was convenient. You can also do your laundry here for free!

I took one point off for the fact that it took a long time to get my deposit back at checkout. I almost missed my flight. I was checking out early in the morning. It turns out that they don't have cash and they can't give it back to me because the cashier's office opens later. Eventually they found the money.

Staff were very attentive, we were traveling with 1 toddler and 1 baby, we booked a family room and ordered 1 crib, works well, room was cleaned everyday, breakfast is absolutely amazing, they have salad bar, juice bar, bread bar with toast, coffee bar, Chinese congee, pickles, dim sum, hot food bar has a variety of options, and they changed menus, there’s a small food stand that you can order scrambled egg, omelette and fresh noodle soup, and restaurant manager Rita is very helpful, we and our toddler enjoyed our breakfast there. We highly recommended this place and will be back again next time.

The breakfast was amazing. Cheers to the Chef. Variety of Western and Chinese food. And everyday they added something different. Five minute walk to subway station which leads you everywhere. Massage place close by . This hotel has free laundry as well. And a sitting area. Staff speaks basic English .Hotel was quiet at night. They even had umbrellas for yo to borrow in closest. iron, refrigerator and everything you need for extended stay
