Property is located near to Prime location and easy access to Metro station Hotel reception is good with English speaking receptionist. Mr.German has provided informations to explore the things in Shanghai

The front desk service staff. The person name German went above and beyond to make sure our check out was fast and smooth. He was very attentive cordial and answered all our questions.

All! Location, rooms, view, cleaness, facilities, staff (especialy Herman on the reception), etc, aldough the hottel is quite old but the price was great.

Some small but important things which are inexcusable for 5 star hotel, like that the chef was reheating the eggs baked in a mold, which is horrible. Breakfast was in general dull and food without taste. In the vase on my 27 floor, we saw garbage like preservative and cigaretes. That is why i gave 8 instead of 8,5.

Internet was very poor you can't download anything it was strangling stay. Breakfast wasn't to expectation. I have purchased a suite room for 3 They gave me small room with additional bed not even near suite It was totally unfortunate.

Location is cental for shopping, restaurants, etc with close links to metro. Room was excellent and befitted the Radisson Blu standard. We did not use the hotel restaurant as we wanted to be flexible with wake up time and also wanted to explore local restaurants. The Sky Bar is a must and well worth a visit for the views and friendly service.

Was charged a big deposit on top of the cost of the room to cover any additional costs during the stay. However, this seemed excessive and a lack of trust. On checkout we were charged for a bottle of Evian that we did not take. It was deducted, but only after signing some extra paperwork.

Amazing location with amazing open view towards. I had booked junior suits two nos. I have been upgraded told by reception but I am not sure whether they did or not but it was amazing room. They gave me higher floor rooms junior suit room. Thank you reception guy.

hummm.. there was not tooth brush,paste not plenty of toiletries; had to ask to house keeping. It was very good to use so I took two nos of used body wash. I mean I was expecting few sets as the facility are there. bath tub 1 set, shower area 1 set. Anyway amazing.

Love this central location at the top of Nanjing Shopping Road and across from People’s Park. Loved the friendly Reception staff who wished me for my birthday, upgraded my room, and delivered a birthday cake to my room. It made my day very special. Our room was also ready a few hours early, and this was convenient for us and most appreciated. Also loved the amazing coffee shop in the lobby, and the lovely Chinese restaurant on 3rd floor and the revolving restaurant on 45th floor. This is a superbly run hotel.
