Location. It was few minutes away from ninjang road. There are 3 malls right under this hotel.

They do the normal cleaning & changing towels without taking care of the small things such as dust, food leftovers next to the garbage cans…

I stayed here for 4 night on a business trip. The stay was very comfortable, specially the rooms, they were decent in size and very comfortable. The room service was extremely good and the staff extremely courteous. I did not opt for the breakfast as I am a pure vegetarian and it is difficult to find pure veg or eggless food, so cannot comment on the breakfast spread. Overall the property was huge and had almost all basic facilities. The location was superb, it was right in front of the Nanjing road, having easy access to everywhere in the city. Overall a very nice stay.

Great location near Nanjing Rd and a variety of department stores and facilities The hotel is very close to a starbucks (for anyone craving a coffee fix) as well as a large number of restaurants. We really enjoyed a lot of the ones contained in New World (department store) nearby the hotel and would recommend someone trying these out if staying at the hotel Room was really lovely and clean. There was a lot of space and nice finishes which made it feel new and luxurious

Location of the property amazing, people’s square metro station just a minute walk, east nanjing road just a minute walk. Very spacious room and comfortable bedding. I was upgraded to king deluxe skyline view room. A big thank you to Mr. Eric at the concierge for providing continuous assistance during my stay from arranging train tickets to ordering food. All the staff did their best to make my stay extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was same during my six nights stay. If at all can also include pillow menu.

Everything!! We’re especially impressed by the hotel staff’s lovely thought for upgrading our room level (as they know that this trip is for our wedding anniversary). The room view is stunning that we can see panoramic view including Pearl Tower. The room is clean and neat. The bed mattress is very comfy! The location is so convient as it’s just a few buildings away from Nanjing Road. Surrounded by many convenient stores, shopping malls and restaurants. The price is very suitable for the hotel quality. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel's excellent location is near Nanjing Road. I found the buffet to be exceptional, featuring a great selection of both international and Chinese options.

The staff did not speak and understand English, but tried their best to help. Big thanks to Mr. Jack at the front desk, his excellent English and assistance were greatly appreciated.

The location is perfect for tourism. 5 min walking or less to subway station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Famous street Nanjing Road is 5min walking too. China bank for changing money is 7 min walking at a better rate than the airport but maybe you don't need cash at all. Hotel staff very kind and welcoming. Breakfast delicious.

Was in town for work and decided to stay one night to avoid long travel. The room was big and very functional. Bed was HUGE for the room, it was 2 meter by 2 meter and also a big window. Weather was not the best that morning, but I had my coffee by the window. Shower was great as well with good water pressure. Lobby was very well designed with a lot of sitting area and great furniture. Over all it was a very comfy stay.

Wi-Fi a bit of a problem ..many things didn't work like my banking, email etc ,,maybe not the hotels fault , more a sign of what is happening . in China with communications ..previously this was not an issue in brands like Marriott

Superb hotel located in a super convenient location. The rooms are of a very good size. We upgraded to a room on the executive level, which came with complementary access to executive lounge which offers meeting rooms, food and beverages and was very convenient.

The main entrance is in the backyard, and the more convenient entrance is pretty weird.
