I liked that the location of the boutique hotel was within the walls. All the shops and possibly the nicest mall I've ever seen are located within walking distance. The staff were amazing. Possibly because it's a high tourist traffic area; the staff here speak English. We arrived a few hours before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage and personally deliver them to our room once it's ready so that we don't have to worry about carrying them out. It was the same at check out. I asked for help with the luggage and they sent up a staff member to help deliver them to the lobby. It was a really nice touch and as someone travelling from hotel to hotel every few days, it was extremely appreciated.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like. My experience in Cartagena was for two days, and I didn't go for the beaches. That's something I had done in Santa Marta prior to and wasn't interested in the higher touristy prices of Cartagena beaches. My only specific comment was that the beds weren't super comfortable and I did feel sore after waking up.

Location was excellent, as my partner and I were near all the action of Cartagena (next to the clock tower). The room itself was incredibly sizeable. We had a living room, a small kitchen, a huge bathroom, a separate space for the bed, and we even had a balcony. Hot water and air condition too. We also had access to a very nice terrace (with a small pool), where you could see the ocean and the cathedrals.

The only downsides to the experience is that there is only 1 guaranteed housekeeping per your stay. You'd have to pay more if you wanted your room clean 24/7. It's not a problem in itself, but a real tidy room goes a long way. Then there's the problem of noise. It gets pretty noisy sometimes during the day, and especially during midnight when everyone is partying. It settles down after a while.

The location is excellent, within the walled city and close to the historical sites. The overall equipment of the room was good. A nice rooftop area with a small pool and seating area offers great views. There’s a tour desk on the lobby with great and secure options to take a trip to the surrounding areas.

Outside of the hotel there are many homeless but that’s a city problem. Regarding the room, everything from other rooms can be heard, from voices, noises and even when they shower. The room stairs are also noisy and somewhat loose.

The location was perfect. It is not the most beautiful street to walk on but it is safe and you can meet local people. The hotel is just meters away from the clock tower and the main entrance to the city and all its has to offers such bars. Restaurants, the walls and nightclubs. But the best of this facility is the staff. They are hands down excellent.

I did ask the faculty to do my laundry. They messed up all of the white clothes. I Do not recommend this at the facility. Also, because people park their cars in front of the property, it may be a little noisy. Nothing major at lease for me

I love the convenience of the location. The staff is always helpful and very nice. They always have 1 or 2 staff members who speak pretty good English. I've stayed here 2x and in the process of booking a 3rd time and have suggested this hotel to all my friends

Not much I can say bad about this place. My 1st review I had a year ago i mentioned the lock on the room door was a little suspect. But when i stayed the 2nd time. I actually got the same room I had the 1st time and the lock was better. So they do read the reviews and take them into consideration for improving. The price has gone up a bit but that may be due to worldwide inflation. Other than that I cannot say anything bad about this place.

The location to the clock monument, restaurants, public transportation and shopping (including grocery stores) were great. The hotel was very clean and all facilities were functioning properly. There is a safe in the room big enough for a tablet and things smaller than that. I have to say the staff were some of the most kind, helpful, and patient people. From helping me locate restaurants, explaining how to access museums, connected me with a tour agency at the hotel. They are just top quality individuals.

The stairs in the loft are extremely slippery if moisture gets on them. A workaround suggestion for fellow guests would be bring some socks with a grippy bottom and try to be fully dry before using if possible.

I would have liked to be informed in advance about the cottage of water for 24h (this was planned and now one informed us and the hotel didn’t have dispensers of water). This could have been managed better!

The hotel is very well located; it's less than a minute away from the Clock Tower and many other sites. The facilities are very modern and nice; the bedroom decoration was beautiful and they provided accessible cleaning services. The view from the terrace is incredible and the staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful during my stay.

The pool seemed bigger in the pictures; however, it was still nice. The bathroom flooded a little when showering. The guest policy and some extra charges were not very clear, which ended in some awkward conversations; I wish the staff would have been more clear about this since the beginning.

The 'studio' we had was very spacious and clean. It had its own kitchen facilities and a mini balcony. Perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the reception there was a tour opperator who offered boat tours. We booked with this guy, and we had a great tour.

The ceiling of the bedroom was quit low, so you need to be careful with getting out of bed and not hitting your head.

The facility isn’t the newest however the stuff went above and beyond with their services. We were a family of 7, the fire had many requests and questions. They helped us with transport suggestions, recommendations and mainly the tours that were offered to us were fairly priced and we had such a great time.

Humidity in some of the rooms but they moved us to another room with a reasonable extra cost
