The location of the hotel is perfect, it's close to the Arena, and Giardini with a lot of cafés and restaurants, and there are a couple of bus stations nearby if you want to go somewhere else. The staff of the hotel was super nice and accommodating. They helped my sister with storing her medication in the hotel kitchen fridge when the one in the room was not cold enough.

There's not much to complain about, but the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. There was a bit of cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom and old shampoo bottle caps at the top of the shower stall.

The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff most attentive and efficient. The atmosphere quiet and uncrowded. Nice calm start of the day. The location is excellent a quiet street not far from the restaurants, cafes and main tourist attractions. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly. The bedrooms spacious and impeccably clean.

Girl at the reception was so friendly and awesome, everything is clean, and you need 3 minutes to Pulas attractions. All and all great experience and stay

Location is good, a short walk into the town. Parking is available around the place - we found somewhere with a QR code to pay. We were in a new apartment not attached to the hotel, which was a little unexpected - but it was pristine.

apartment needed a key to get out of the front door - doesn't seem safe in a fire. Breakfast was so/so.

it was in a great location to the harbour/port area just around the comer as are the buses that take you to the beaches (half an hour or so away). The bed was very comfortable, great AC and the smart TV selection was good. staff are very friendly and accomodating should you need anything.

the bathroom is quite small and if someone quite tall were to use the toilet they would have to sit sideways on it as it was so close to the wall.

Location was perfect, I loved walking the short distance to the market in the morning have a coffee with the locals and watch the town come awake. The room was comfortable and cool (it was August - important) and for a nomad like me, a great place to work during the day, where I could focus. Pula is small and walkable, with a good vibe and the hotel is not far from anything, but still a quiet respite.

We dealt with 3 members of staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. Our plane was delayed so we messaged the hotel and asked them to organise a transfer/taxi, which they did, this was stress-free for us. They also kept our luggage for us after we checked out, which was very much appreciated, thank you. The hotel was situated a few minutes only from the centre of Pula.

location was great and everything was very clean. Epulon restaurant opposite was excellent.

room 10. the steps to the room were scary. main doors also open all the time and reception not always manned…. normally wouldn’t worry about this but our family had been split across the two buildings so the (teenagers) children were across the road. if children were younger this would have concerned me more.

Great location, close to city center. Huge bath tub. Available parking lots on the street in front of hotel.

There are doors from apartment to roof terrace. But roof terrace is not prepared to be visited. Dirty as average roof Is. So, maybe to lock this door or to clean terrace.

The location is more than perfect for travelers who are attending concerts at the ARENA or trying to find out the secrets of this ancient city. A market with excellent local delicacies is just a few steps away.
