It was some mess with booking - the system assigned us to smaller room then it was described at site. The stuff was very helpful and have solved the issue by providing us with bigger room without any cost. It was spacious room with big TV and fan. Good view to the mountains and good breakfast. Parking is available along the street or in hotel facility.

Loud tram at morning. The window should be closed. Closed window = no fresh air.

The hotel is nice, our room was small one, but quite cosy and clean. Personel speaks English well. You can order a breakfast, very good buffet type. There is no coffee/tea pot in the rooms, but you can ask at reception to heat something or get water in the restaurant. There is tram line nearby and buses to the city center.

Parking - no free parking spot on hotel premises, as they all were occupied...so we had to park on the street (and you have to pay for it)

Nice and helpful staff. They can speak English fluently. Good breakfast. Sufficient parking space. Dedicated area for bicycles. The hotel although small was not crowded. It definitely deserves more guests.

Minor malfunction of the parking gate. I hope it is fixed already. The tap and the toilet flusher will need a repair soon. Once these are fixed everything is going to be perfect.

Had a great night stayed at Kozak Hotel in our trip to Hungary. The Hotel is very clean, family friendly, our baby was also enjoyed. The Facilities are great, near by Tram Station, have some Restaurant around, also Bakery. The Parking Place is free. The room is quite big, the bed are comfortable, the toilet is also big enough. The Hotel has no AC but they give you a Ventilator at the room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Property is exactly on the side of the Street, when we open the window is quiet noisy because of the traffic. But overall still acceptable.

It is a nice restaurant just at the ground level , and they serve an excelent food !! Area is quiet and easy to find. As we requested, it was parking right in the back of the hotel , in an inner courtyard. Very comfy beds ! First time in Brno, and it was a nice surprize !

If in the other rooms are making noise , you can actually hear them. Not so fency bathroom , but you have everything you need.

It was very clean and tidy room, slippers and bath robe too. Windows had good sound proof. Had a free water in the room.

Sound insulation is very bad. There is a big gap between the door and ground to the corridor, could hear every sound (talking, door closing, walking, etc). Parking is very expensive for its location. Very soft bed.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. Bathroom was big and clean. Location just 15 minutes tram ride from the central train station. Just opposite the hotel there was an Asian food restaurant. The Brno dam is just 10-12 minutes tram ride from here.

The filter of the wash basin tap in the bathroom should be regularly cleaned. I found the flow was irregular so opened the outlet and found white deposits. After cleaning it the flow was normal. An electric kettle was missing in the room. I have seen that in most 2 or 3 star hotels I have stayed before. Though they allowed me to use coffee machine for boiling water to make my own tea I brought with me.

Spacious room and very great staff. Good location with the tram just outside. Nice neighborhood.

It was a little outdated and the shower was not really comfortable (the showerhead could not be faced down so I had to hold it while showering).

Property is older & small, but quaint—priced fairly for a quick stopover from Germany. The beds were soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the parking situation.

The room had stained carpets which made us question how clean the facility actually was.

Nice, clean hotel with reasonable pricing.comfortable king size bed. The third bed was less comfortable/bit harder. Good breakfast with variety of dishes to choose from. Very helpful staff.

I didn't notice that in the description of the room facilities that our room doesn't have mini fridge nor kettle.it would be nice to have those in the room.
