The room I stayed in was large and beautifully done. The location in the heart of the old town couldn't be better. The contactless check-in was smooth and easy. I didn't cook, but the kitchenette included a Nespresso machine and a water boiler with tea and coffee provided, which was a nice extra The best thing about this property was the staff communication. They answered questions and messages immediately, both before and during my stay, and went out of their way to accomodate my special request without hesitation.

There is no reception desk, but I didn't miss it. Renters should be aware that some rooms are up several floors without a lift. The room was nearly perfect, but my one quibble is that there a lip between the entry area and the room that blends into the floor (especially in dim light) and I tripped over it a couple of times before I put something there to remind me to step up and over it

The location was perfect, right in the downtown of Brno, close to the sights, the restaurants, and the shopping street. The room was spacious and clean; there was a well-equipped kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cozy and warm (since I traveled in wintertime). There was no reception, and the key to the apartment was collected in a contactless way; it was easy and straightforward. I needed a place to leave my bag after the checkout the next day, and I called the staff requesting help, which they did in a very efficient and helpful way. Overall, I liked the place and the friendly approach of the staff.

The room was a bit dark since the small window overlooked an inner courtyard. The walls were thin, and I could hear the voices of the people in the neighboring apartment.

Location in the heart of Brno is very confinient for a city trip or a conference (like in my case). The interior of the rooms is new and stylish incl. but not limited to cooler, hot water pot with tea and instant coffee, cups, sugar,... two chairs a small table, iron and ironing-board, heater, candies. The door(s) are unlocked by pin-code. Location is in the backyard and quiet. If you booked breakfast, you get a voucher for a nearby Cafe, which serves breakfast between 8 and 10 am - see images.

Entrance is hard to find (does not look like a hotel). I did not check my text emessages / emails on the day of my check-in- thus I missed the (pin) information how to open den front door of the backyard. It took a phone-call to got the information ("we sent you a text message"). After that, everything was fine. Somebody came within 5 min for payment (contactless CC) The other buildings surrounding the backyard, where the rooms are located, are kind of shabby and not attractive. No Air-conditioning.

- the location was central and therefore good for sightseeing - nice and cozy bed, I'm usually used to hard beds in hotels but this one was quite comfortable - we enjoyed a free coffee (tea also available) in the room

- the maximum heat of the water was only luke warm so we couldn't utilize the nice looking bath tube - we couldn't regulate the heater in the entrance/bathroom area so it was colder than in the bedroom - I expected a reception/staff at the location but instead you receive a code to enter the doors via message; it's not necessarily negative but if you are a people person you might find this disappointing (however the staff was available via phone); I recommend to check-in prior arriving - We tried the tv and there were only Czech or Ukrainian channels (with subtitles Czech as the only option); English would have been a nice to have however we didn't use the tv much anyway

The apartment is located in the very centre of Brno, perfect for walking anywhere. It is situated in a house with a pub downstairs, but you don't hear any noise. The check-in is automated which is really convenient and appreciated, the host, however, is within reach via SMS or call and helpful. The apartment is spacious (I was located on the upper floor) and super comfy, the wi-fi, TV and everything else is working, there is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee tablets, tea and basic kitchenware. There are enough towels as well as soap and shampoo.

Cannot think of anything, really. I know Brno so I don't need any maps or brochures.

It's really central and very quiet. Comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. As it doesn't have a reception desk, it os worth mentioning that the owners responded quickly to questions and also checked in on me to make sure everything was fine.

The door entry system meant that I had to remember to make a good note of the code whenever I went out.

Dům U pikové desítky is located in the heart of Brno, very close to public transport links and shops. The room was large with an independent entrance via electronic code. Staff not physically present (check-in via message) but helpful and kind (with the possibility of leaving my luggages before the scheduled time on the day of arrival).

I liked the style of the room and the central location of the hotel best.

The room was not cold, but the temperature was not perfectly comfortable for us. The room was mostly clean, but few thing (e.g. the toilet board) needed an extra cleaning. The bed was relatively comfortable, but the top and bottom mattresses were slipping apart to every morning. Overall, we were satisfied.

Great location, easy access, great things to see and good restaurants nearby. Clean room, huge comfy bed. Despite the bar downstairs the room was very quiet, calm environment.

Too much light in the morning as there were no dark curtains, but I noticed this everywhere in CZ, so this might as well be cultural :) The lock on the doors is a bit tricky, took us a couple of tried to get the hang of it (you need to wait a bit after the opening noise), but in general very useful that it works by code and not keys.

The hostel delivers options as advertised. Location is great. The apartment was clean
