Stylish hotel with superb services, right in the very heart of the city. We loved the art deco interiors throughout the whole property. The staff were extremely nice and always ready to help, nothing was a problem. We were also surprised how quiet our room was despite the fact our windows were facing a lively square. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with a complimentary big bottle of water provided every day.

The only thing we didn't like very much were the window curtains - although they were stylish, they were too far from the windows so the light would come to the room from the sides and woul wake us up unnecessarily early in the morning.

This is one of the best hotels around the world that I have stayed in. Excellent service, spotlessly clean everywhere including the street outside, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff all on a fabulous location on the market square and a couple of minutes walk from the high street. Five minutes walk from where the airport shuttle bus stops.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the bath had a shower screen with shower over but weirdly the shower head is only five feet off the bath height which means you have to either hold the shower head higher by hand or kneel in the bath to shower, just odd.

Lovely staff with the just right pro-guest attitude, perfectly dosed attention and not overbearing. The room was clean and of a nice size. We particularly liked breakfast. The ambience in the restaurant was very pleasant and the selection of hot and cold food was sufficient. We appreciated the variety of pastries and very tasty scrambled eggs. Although we came very close to the end of the service, everything except fried eggs was still available. However, I am sure if we had asked for some, we would have gotten them, but since the scrambled were still very silky and fluffy, we felt no need!

We were not so keen on the decor in the style of Art Deco, bit too dark, but that is just our personal preference. Overall, a very good European standard accommodation with a world class staff.

Amazing room on the top floor looking over the town square. Really nice bathroom with quality Italian soaps. Cool art deco hotel lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. About as central a location as you can get. Only place in Brno I'll stay if I come again.

Only thing I didn't like about the top-floor suite was the windows were low and small due to the slope of the roof. However, it was cool because I could see all of the city landmarks lying in bed.

This is a classic, high-quality hotel right in the centre of town. We found the beds and furniture to be comfortable, the staff friendly and just a nice feel in the place. The location is perfect, on the market square, but with no traffic going past. 10-minute walk from the station/bus station. 10/15 Euro taxi to the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast, but didn't have it every day, as there are good coffee shops all round, including the one in the same building.

Shower is at a slightly strange height, could mount it higher up for tall people. Cosmetics difficult to get out the bottle.

Fantastic location at a beautiful square in the city center. Very nice room with a good bed, nice bathroom and comfortable furniture. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of fresh food and great coffee.

All was perfect. Be aware that parking at the hotel is not possible, but valet parking service will bring your car to the nearest parking garage; pretty convenient actually.

Poorly thought out bathroom - very large climb up and down into and out of the bathtub with a shower over which (even for a short person) meant you were nearly touching the ceiling when showering. Beds were a bit hard. Initial evening staff member was not very happy when welcoming us (around midnight due to flight times). Rest of staff throughout the rest of the stay were lovely and helpful.

The location is superb for seeing Brno. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The small balcony had no chair, even though there would have been room for one. We did not get the breakfast, served in a special room, so no comment on that. But, the hotel restaurant is a fancy, expensive limited-menu full dinner place. You need to leave the hotel to hunt for a simple sandwich/salad/meal. The adjoining (mostly pastry)cafe is neither friendly nor good.

This was my second time staying in Grandezza, and let me tell you it won't be the last time. I have business in Czech Republic and my base is Brno, for sureI'll be staying in this hotel in the future. Besides the service the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect.

As I said above I think the location is trade mark mark of this hotel whether as a tourist or business. Of course the service, cleanness and breakfast is great. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location could not be better. It is obvious that this hotel was very good some years ago.

It did not look extremely clean, like dirty windows in the restaurant. In general everything is ok but not till the end. Staff is great but they probably follow some guidelines (right away offered very expensive parking service but did not tell that the parking in front of the hotel is free of charge on the weekend). Luckily there was one cool guy who explained me how things work a bit later:) Breakfast is very average. We booked this hotel following a very good review score and reviews it self. but it is not right unless this is the first hotel you stay in life:) nothing is bad, but if you do not want this great location it is not really worth the money.
