We liked the hotel very much: it is small, chic, located in an area of ​​interest to us. The breakfast was to our liking: not very diverse, but with many tasty traditional products. The design, the colors used, both in the hotel room and in the reception area, loooby, restaurant, charmed me. The bed was very comfortable. Last year I visited the sky bar terrace that they opened in the summer. It is a wonderful place, with a beautiful view; a place where you can serve delicious food.

In the morning, the cleaning people were very noisy in the hallway, right next to our room: they talked loudly on the phone and among themselves for quite a long time.

Loved everything about this hotel - the room was huge, clean, well maintained. Staff friendly. Breakfast delicious - good choice of food. We didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on that. Lovely roof top garden.

Price to use the sauna - price was for 90minutes - not sure of many people who could sit in a sauna that long and price put us off (about £40 for 90mins!)

lack of parking places in the hotel - they have only 13 parking lots inside and outside the hotel on the street you will pay some €20 per night for parking. Also the dinner in the hotel restaurant was a little bit "weaker"...

Nice little hotel in a calm, peaceful environment not too close to the city center, yet with an uber you can get inside in a few minutes. Very clean, stylish, spacious, cozy room with just any accessories you would need for a few days visit, though a kettle was missing. Friendly staff at the reception, rather average breakfast.

Bathroom nice as well, but the washbasin drain was clogged, water went down very slowly. On the TV there were no regular TV channels.

I really like that hotel, very much! That was my first time in Fairhotel, and I'm sure I'll be back. You'll find there: very polite staff, comfortable and really quiet room, very nice breakfast, and restaurant for evening. It's only 30 minutes walk from Spilberg castle, and the city center.

fantastic hotel, pleasant odour in room, elevator and corridors, spacy rooms and comfy beds, no dust whatsoever, nice breakfast and parking spot in a reasonable price. Distance to the center was 26 min on foot, which was a needed small walk that we needed after our 8-hr car trip.

I did not find any negatives during my stay.

The comfort met my expectations! The excelent breakfast with high quality cofee provided nice kick- off of my day! Appreciatte the option of parking very close to the hotel.

Only missing standard black tea in the room, as I´m not a big friend of camile or green tea.

Easy check in. Small new boutique hotel . Easy location to walk into town (30min). Lovely breakfast room and spread. Parking! Lovely rooms and comfortable lobby to sit and enjoy a coffee.

Unfortunately the bar and cafe were closed the days we were there.

Spacious room with really comfy beds, hospitable personnel, availability of bath rather than shower, variety of healthy food for breakfast. The hotel is located on a small street what makes you be deprivied of city noise and gives you good sleep.

- More hooks in the bathroom are required. One exisiting hook on the wall is not enough even for 1 person. - Some shelf to place a tablet or other device in the bathroom is desired as well. - Apple juice for breakfast was most probably diluted with water. - The street is under rennovation but the roadwork will hopefully be finished in 2022.

Room was super clean with all of the facilities of a modern hotel. including extras like toiletries and a mini-bar. The hotel staff was available and very helpful - and spoke English making communication easy for this traveler in Czech Republic.
