We were able to find the apartment well. Fortunately, there was a free parking space right in front of the door, but this will probably no longer be the case in the future. Check-in was at the café below, a few steps down. The entrance to the apartment is separate at street level. The apartment turned out to be very comfortable. Older pieces of furniture have been tastefully integrated into the newly renovated apartment. The beds were new and slept very well (but were of a slightly firmer nature). The location was very quiet and there is a nice park with a planetarium nearby. The old town can also be easily reached on foot or by tram.

As we were passing through and only stayed one night there isn't much to say about the room service. Breakfast was not that great. What was there was undoubtedly very good, no question about it. It was just very little. Perhaps it was also due to the implementation of the continental breakfast concept.

The apartment was not new and clean, it had a lot of used and inconvenient furniture, like metalluc chairs which are cold, heavy and make a lot of noise when moved. There was just one very small knife. The curtains do not cover the window, we could be well seen from the outside. The Klafe cafe is overrated and overpriced: they serve cocktails using old prosecco with no bubbles already, and same for mineral water.

Very nice appartement, reflecting the pictures on Booking. Situated in the quiet and beautiful sector, facing a nice parc. Apartment has nice vibe, is elegant and has a few pieces of beautiful antics furnitures. Kitchen is well equipped Has a very nice terrace with small garden. Bed vas very conformable. We has some particular request and we got accommodated. Communication with the lady who was taking care of the rental was easy and pleasant. We loved our stay.

The appartement is on the hill and is a good walk of 30 min. to downtown. I would be mice to find some info, map or publicity in the apparement about closes grocery, restaurant and buses in the sector. I asked some info at the cafe. The employees did our check-in and check-out, but they didn’t know anything about the area and repeatedly saying, that they have nothing to do with the rental. It was quite strange. Make me feel we are bothering them, all though they where very nice and polite.

Super-cool little B&B just outside of the city center. The room was decorated with vintage furniture (in perfect condition), the room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower was the BEST shower during our two-week stay in the Czech Republic. The breakfast in the cute café was awesome, and the staff in the café were friendly and helpful. We COULD pay for the room with a credit card. And the tram to the city center stops just meters from the front door, and takes less than 10 minutes.

The café connected to the accommodation was lovely, the breakfast was tasty and plenty. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fit for the purpose. Overall, I was very satisfied with it, and I would stay here again, if I return to Brno.

This is not a negative, but the place was slightly further away from the busy city centre. It was our preferred choice for other reasons, and there are good transport links, so it was not difficult to reach at all.

It is a very minor thing, but the breakfast started only at 8.30 on Saturday morning. I perfectly understand that it would be difficult to start earlier. It is just a remark for those who prefer eating very early.

This was our second stay. The room is very comfortable and charming. The location is perfectly located on the central square. The help was friendly and provided us with some excellent advice. Mikulov is not to be missed if you are in that part of the country. Parking is not on site, and although secure, a 10 minute walk. It is worth the trouble for the ambiance and views of Holy Hill.

The decoration, it’s like a Biedermeier style. The room windows and backyard green area gave a nice cosy touch. Very nice bathroom with enough space to put your toiletries, big shower (there’s even a in-built bank to sit). For me the location was great, as close to my needs. There’s a café downstairs that serve the guests where one can have breakfast. One can choose between continental or english breakfast. It’s simple but with a variety of things, including fresh grape and/or orange juice, different coffees, dark and white bread, jam, honey, butter, etc and an omelette.

Since the place is connected to a cafe downstairs, they offered the best breakfast we ever had in a hotel/airbnb. It included a freshly squeezed juice, superb coffee/cappucino, fresh sourdough bread, and a choice of either american breakfast with bacon, beans and other sides or granola or pancakes. You could sit outside. No wonder the place was full of locals throughout the day. Our room was stylish with a 1930's vibe with it's old desk, chair and lamps. While the bathroom was modern and we even had a fridge with an affordable minibar. The room opened to a balcony that overlooked the green gardens of the neighbourhood, great view. Free parking on the street. Short walk to the centre.

The location is excellent, in a very nice area with a lot of trees, nice houses, super neighborhoods! The staff is extremely nice and ready to help and accommodate guest's needs.

A little bit more attention to the cleaning process will help. Our room had a balcony who needed a bit of attention.
