A comfy hotel with a fair price for two adults and two children on our way back to Germany. The hotel is located within a 15 minute walk distance from the city center where you will find restaurants and coffee bars, though there is a restaurant on site for those whom prefer to stay at the hotel without strolling through the town. The breakfast was fair and the staff were nice too. Parking for guests on site is a plus too. We reserved the apartment for four which suited us perfectly.

The hotel has no elevator so if you are coming with heavy suitcases take this into consideration.

- we were there in a bachelor party, and the hotel was understanding and helpfull instead of we were a little bit loud - near to the city center - we have to change our rooms and they were very helpfull

- hot pireod in the summer, and the were not an air conditional in the rooms - room enought big for 2-3 person - next to the hotel there is a bridge what is under construction, so it was a little big complicated to get up early morning in sunday the sounds of the jackhammer

The hotel is located in a city center just by the river. Even though we were late, the staff kindly arranged our check-in after the opening hours of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though we had some problems with the entry to the room during the night, the help service solved the problem and the staff sincerely apologized for any problems.

The only thing we did not like in the hotel was breakfast (poor choice, the scrambled egg had strange smell). On the other hand, it was included in the price and we had a cup of coffee with a tasty cake 😊

Perfect hotel near the center of the city. You can come and stay your car at the hotel's parking and go to the center. It was really good, what in the hotel on the first flow was a restaurant, in the evening have dinner and go to the room.

Maybe for someone can by little bit loudly, our window was to the street with the tram line. But we were at the hotel late and without a little child, for us it is to problem. You can ask for the room to another side.

With three people in the Executive Suite we had more than enough space. A palazzo! Big bathroom with a bathtub (we didn't use, but wow). Breakfast not exuberant but fine. Very good italian restaurant!

Not much to criticise. Construction on the street was a bit noisy in the morning, but that should be temporary. Salt (and maybe pepper) in the kitchen would be nice.

The place has a good location just outside of the center of Brno, with a Tram stop nearby. Currently there is some reconstruction going on in the area, so not all views might be great, but the location worked well for us. One thing to point out is that the breakfast while simple was very tasty. The hotel has a connected restaurant as well.

I am not used to pedestrian crossimgs and was nervoud whwhile ctossing the busy streets.In SA drivers do not stop at these crossings and crossing the street is dangerous. I was amazed when I realised I do not have to eorry! So this comment is actually a compliment to the drivers, who follow the traffic laws

Location is very good: Close to the river Svratka. Especially nice to go for a run from here. Old town within walking distance, and tram & night bus stop nearby. Friendly staff. Very tasty pizza in the restaurant, also good breakfast. Free parking. We could even leave there the car for a few more hours after having checked out.

One of the two beds in the room squeaked each time my daughter made a move. Not really good for sleeping with open windows because of the traffic noise (on the other hand, transport opportunities make the location great!). There's A/C in the room, so you can do without open windows.

Good price for a location a 20 minute walk from the centre, or a few stops on the tram. Breakfast was good.

We had an apartment with a big kitchen, tea or coffee for the kettle would have been great. Sofa bed in apartment was a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad for a sofa bed.

Wonderful location, close to the city center. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. We were able to change single in to the double room in advance-Thanks.

Staff was not capable to provide me with the proper invoice, not very helpful. In one room was a water stain in the corner and the ceiling was peeling.
