Modern, nice rooms with big beds. The breakfast is to die for!

The only reason why this is not 10/10 is as follows: we arrived somewhat late around 18:30. We were told that it is possible to use the spa the following day too, also after checkout. Based on that, we spent most of the evening checking out bars etc. The next morning, we were told that the spa is closed until afternoon (and therefore we cannot use it) since there is a routine cleaning procedure every second Monday. Reception did tell us the night before that we could use it, and we built our plans around that. It's unfortunate if it's not possible to use the spa of a spa hotel within the time frames told by the hotel itself. Other than that, very nice place

Location is in walking distance to parks, castles, restaurants, cafe, etc. City is beautiful to visit on foot. Was interesting to use a car elevator for the first time Own crafted beer was awesome to taste (even took a few bottles home).

Open kitchen is a nice idea that you see the meal being prepped in front of you but after leaving the area you soon realize that all clothes are impregnated with cooking smells. Not pretty. Maybe you can create a separate area? Spa area rules weren't for us. I'm not a shy person but even I wasn't comfortable entering a sauna where 4-5 swetty, hairy with beer bellies and fully naked guys were there. Guys..stop thinking that you are Chris Bumstead. Can't even imagine what a female would think seeing that image. I really don't see any issues if people would have to use swimming suits.

The room is large and the layout is smartt. There is a kettle, a small induction plate, a sink, and a mini bar fridge. There is good sound insulation. The ladies at reception were friendly and answered my many questions about the town, transport and so on. The location near the villas tugenhat and loew-beer is a plus. Breakfast is decent and WiFi worked well for me.

The air conditioning in the room makes loud noises, I had to turn it off to sleep. I do not recommend the hotel's restaurant. I made the mistake of dining there on the night I arrived, even though the place was empty except for a few beer drinkers. The beer is of their own production and is well worth trying but I had to send the food back, it was inedible.

Nice, stylish hotel, wellness area access was included in the price. Very comfortable bed, silence, mini bar with very friendly prices. Hotel restaurant offers beer of a local brewery, it is possible to have dinner there after a long day of travelling. Very relaxing atmosphere in all the building. Just keep in mind that you will have to pay 10 eur for a parking in a hotel's underground garage but it is very conveniently arranged, just drive into the lift, choose the section and you are there.

The SPA is the best (especially the sauna). Everything is very worthy and at a high level. SPA opening hours are from 10:00 to 22:00. and everything is already included in the price, there is an assortment of fruits, tea, lemonades, nuts...The SPA has access to an open terrace for relaxation on the roof of the building, which offers beautiful views of the Cathedral and Spielberg. Very responsive and friendly staff, and most importantly professional in their work. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and balanced. Book and enjoy.

There's nothing to complain about. Everything was fine.

We booked half board, both the breakfast and the dinner was superb. Great selection, typical Czech cuisine, huge portions. You should try the beef tartare! And the local beers for sure. They are all brewed there, everyone will find his/her favorite. We also liked the parking, which you can enter through a car elevator. The room was huge, with a seating area, bath tub and separate shower, sliding doors, huge windows (5) and nice furniture. The bed was super comfy and HUGE.

We would've liked the place even better if our evening beer consumption could be added to our room bill instead of paying for it daily.

Comfortable, nice, and clean room, comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast, with a lot of options. Good food and beer in the restaurant, for lunch or dinner (quite heavy though). Friendly and helpful staff! Snacks in the wellness area were a nice surprise (e.g. fruit). Lovely spa, textile-free. No plunge pool after the sauna, but a well-designed shower area, including bucket shower. Nice steam room.

The key cards were not opening the room door (it took 3 trips back to the reception to get it right), then the next day they did not work again. Loud, annoying music in the sauna, made it hard to relax :( I'm not sure if the staff was aware, that the music can be much louder in the sauna, than everywhere else in the wellness area; the staff was not able to turn it down a little. I do not blame the staff, but the hotel software they have to struggle with.

The room was lovely, comfortable and just very relaxing. So was the wellness.

The restaurant staff who decided to chase me for the cost of a flat white which I had for breakfast and asked to be put on the room's bill. Apparently this is no longer possible. You have to pay for this there and then. I did not know this and when I left the breakfast room without paying (no staff was around) I was chased via intercom, knock on the door, etc at 9am when I specifically wanted to return to bed and snooze a bit longer. This was simply ridiculous. This should be addressed for the future, so breakfast charges can be put onto the room bill. Additionally, please train staff so they understand a 3 euro coffee is not as important as the overall experience of a guest.

The room was very stylish and comfortable, well equipped. The hotel has a garage which is not that common in that area in Brno. There is a nice park right across the street and public transport is available within 1 minute walk.

I would have preferred the tv with the option to link with phone / tablet or have some streaming applications in addition to traditional tv channels. There was a brochure in the room stating check-out on weekends at 12:00 however when I asked about it at the reception, I had to check-out by 11:00 on Saturday just like in case of weekdays.

The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. It was a big surprise we had two bathrooms, however we didn't need them. I also very much enjoyed a fresh juice maker at breakfast.

The staff forgot to tell us that we have to ask for bathrobes, so we didnt get any. I also think that in this age shampoo and other cosmetic products shouldn't come in small plastic bottles any more. I also didn't like that the only hotel restaurant is a beer pub with heavy meat dishes, but I guess I should have checked beforehand. The breakfast was just ok.
