the beds were comfy and the room had enough space for 2 people. A/C was good as well which was important during the summer. the bathroom was ok and clean. see below for bathtub. Very friendly staff in the front desk - they assisted the first day and prepared a breakfast before opening (7 to 10am) as i had to depart at 6:30am.

the curtains were nice and created enough shadow to sleep in the morning, but there were obvious stains - could use some cleaning. the bathtub was clean but it has a different issue. its was tall, you can get in easy with your feet dry, but the height makes it easy to slip when getting out of it. there was no handle installed to use when getting out. for a short person its definitely a problem. Breakfast was ok, could be better and with more options. It had all the basics you can imagine, but not much more.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street not far from the city center. There is a very nice park in a walking distance. The staff was helpful and there was always someone at the reception desk. Breakfast was great - a good selection of different meals. Room was comfy and spacious. Bed mattress could be a little bit less soft, but that's rather a personal preference. Would recommend for an extended weekend stay.

Personal preference - bed mattress could be firmer. Shower wall could be tiled to the ceiling to prevent water damage. There's no kettle in the room but I guess you could get hot water in the breakfast lounge.

this is our 4th stay at this hotel..it is like our home in Brno..breakfast is very good with a good selection of food and drinks..this time i really liked the sweet selection of the breakfast, the cakes were very delicious...rooms are always clean and comfortable...staff always helpful..the location of the hotel is very nice, very close to the park and the tram stops..and walking distance to the center of the city..we love this hotel.

there is nothing to complain about the hotel but only negative thing was the bath tube in the bathroom as it was too high to get into it or out..for old people or middle-aged people like us it might be a bit dangerous, risk of falling down.

Check-in was not welcoming - minimal information provided; reception sits low behind a huge counter - difficult to see the person working; outlets are not easily accessible - one outlet too close to bed for universal adapter so one outlet to use; deep bathtub with only handheld shower available; view from one window is of the wall of another building; online description says ""laundry and dry cleaning are also available on site"", but they don't have on site laundry; breakfast room is downstairs and there are no windows; no standing fan in room to provide some airflow; no place to sit outside; no place to sit and work outside of room; bathroom light switch near door is connected to fan - fan stays on for awhile after switch is turned off - can be bothersome in the night

The hotel is nicely situated. The city center is in walking distance, so you can get anywhere quite easily. The staff is quite nice and the breakfast buffet has various options - big plus for lactose free milk!:) Thank you for a pleasant stay.

It is not exactly a big minus, but our big bed was two single beds pushed together - the beds were on the wheels so if you would lay down in the middle, the beds would make a gap that you could easily fall into. The hotel is dog friendly but the fee is 15€, which I get because it takes more time to clean afterwards but still feels a bit much (usually I pay 10€ max.) Also, there is 40€ deposit.

Hotel is near the historical center of Brno, you can achieve railway or bus central stations within 15-20 minutes by walk. Also it has very easy access to all types of transport if you don't want to walk :) Breakfast was quite good (buffet), room was big enough.

1. During booking process it was offered to choose what kind of bed we need - King bed was chosen as we are married couple. But after our arrival we found two beds were stayed near and they were not even connected each to other. When we asked about this issue, we heard that hotel, unfortunately, doesn't have king beds for these types of rooms. When I mentioned that it was offered by the system and it could be critical for guests, there was a proposal to send all my objections to Booking.com. So don't think that hotel is applicable to hot young couples :)) 2. Small part of furniture in the room was very dirty.

Very comfortable beds. Large room. We had two double rooms. Stayed one night, on way from long drive. Very nice woman who met us with bags of breakfast as the children did not want to eat breakfast so early.

A younger guy who met us at the reception late in the evening was not very service oriented. He didn't even get up from the chair. The hotel's parking lot in the courtyard was full. We wanted to know if it was possible to park right outside. He replied that he did not know as he did not have a driver's license. A hotel guest helped us.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel Europa which is located within walking distance from the old town. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The AC was working fine throughout our stay whcih was great as outside temperaturees were scorching. The breakfast was ok.

The toilet flush wasn't working properly and it took ages to refill with water. The room size is a bit on the small side. The staff were always avaialable but not particularly friendly or attentive.

The room was very neat with very good facilities. The hotel is near the train station, and you can reach it with Tram nr 1. It is close by a UNESCO area and garden and is safe.

The staff working at the hotel is not very friendly. We arrived early for check in. They did not even check if the room was ready. Just refused to let us check in. They were also not very helpful regarding information about their city and what to see and what not.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, even when we came down late. The room was comfortable and clean and we liked the tea and coffee facility. Although our room was at the front of the hotel, on the street side, we were not disturbed by any street noises or smells. We arrived in Brno by train and walked to the hotel and found it a pleasant walk, not too far from the station. Also the hotel is next door to the Amphone Hotel which has an excellent Laotian restaurant where we ate.
