Location in the city center. Sound-proof windows - our room faced main street with trams, and there were also fireworks (New Year), but most of noise was cancelled. Spacious room with all accessories (coffee machine, kettle, slippers, complimentary water). Even ironing board. Big fully equipped bathroom (bathrobes, small gel&shampoo, hairdryer, bathtub AND shower, bidet). Decent buffet breakfast at the restaurant.

2 minor cons: I was confused by amount of light switchers at the bed, they are not signed and every time it was a lottery to turn something on and off. Also arrows showing where's restaurant and rooms are wrong ( written <- restaurant, but it's actually to the right).

Newly refurbished hotel not far away from the city centre by walking. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed was comfy. Good breakfast.

I was somewhat astonished by the fact that the hotel claims a damage deposit. I don't remember having experienced this in any other hotel (maybe once during an apartment rental in Croatia). But OK, the deposit was not debited on my credit card in the end. I know, I should have read the the house rules while booking.

Interesting design, spotless clean and very modern hotel in a central location. We very much appreciated the underground garage, nice staff - and delicious food at the resto. The choice of wines and other drinks is impressive.

Our room was rather small for two persons. The bathroom is beautiful, but with very limited space for toiletries, e.g. next to the basin or inside tye shower. I have found it unconfortable.

Great location in the city center, the Garage is definitely a huge plus when travelling by car. Very clean and confortable

They charge a deposit of about 150€/day (regardless If you paid for full stay in advance). Money have been refunded the next day of the check out, still ..somewhat annoying practice which you rarely find in other hotels. Breackfast a bit expresive

- warm welcome with cold champagne, - hot tub in the room, - very clean apartment, - a lot of space in the parking garage, - a lot of cosmetics, bathrobes, towels and slippers, - comfortable bed, - silent air-conditioning

- garage renovation, - lack of garden furniture on the terrace (such information should be provided in advance), - thin ceiling (footsteps from the floor above were quite loud)

It is just great and in very good location.

They enforced security blocked on the card for the stay (and it was bigger than cost of the stay itself). Hotel: If you really really have to do that, then write it in the hotel description. Preferably with big red letters as not anyone can (or want) to block money on their accounts.

For the price we paid breakfast should have been included. We arrived late evening and found our room looked excellent. However air conditioning system was faulty resulting in very little sleep. System sat at 25…. far too hot! We couldn’t alter it and in the early hours you just keep trying to sleep. Not possible to open window as traffic very noisy! We told reception next day and seemingly engineer had been in the day before and it just needed something reset remotely at their end and this resolved it instantly. Staff mostly all brilliant but found it strange that we just had to accept our first nights sleep was ruined due to the establishments fault. Poor customer service I feel.

Value for money. As stated, breakfast, even if just continental should have been included. Also we paid for 6 (my son, daughter and their partners) on our last morning. We arrived at 10am. When we tried to get a croissant etc and another coffee at 10.25 … Waiter was clearing it all quickly away on trolley. Appreciate last time for breakfast was 10.30 but then you need time to eat your breakfast. Why didn’t he remove cooked savouries first…. common sense. Feel that was poorly managed. Overall all my family agreed it was overpriced for service. Have been coming to Brno for 5 years and decided to try this hotel for a change as so convenient for where my son and daughter in law live. Will most likely not return. Really sorry as reception staff were all lovely.

Air conditioner needs to improve, if bathroom has sliding door, I think the air condition will work better

A really high class hotel, competent staff, good elegant restaurant and excellent breakfast. Despite the renovation of the street, access to the car park is easy

All is perfect.

I liked the fact that the environment was clean and was close to where I could get buses and trains.

My sheets were not changed throughout my stay even though room service was coming in to change take out trash and arrange towels when I wasn’t around.
