Excellent hotel with polite and friendly staff, good sized room, great breakfast and a convenient location to walk into the old town. Near Tram and other public transport options. We easily managed to use public transport to get to the hotel from the Prague airport. Despite being on a busy road and busy old town nearby, it is really quiet.

The free wi-fi is quite average, could be better. A few little things like adding a mini-fridge in the room, hooks in the bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable. Nothing major that we didn't like and would consider staying here again.

It’s proximity to the main train station, metro and tram station. In fact one can walk to all the main attractions of note with in 20 to 30 minutes. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds , good air conditioning and WiFi in our room on the first floor . Overall we had a pleasant stay of three nights , took a train from the train station for our next destination.There was a close by supermarket in the station building open till late 23:00hrs We didn’t take breakfast, so can’t comment.

Minor issue with water leaking out from the shower cabin on the bathroom floor outside the tray . We just adjusted the direction of the shower and were very conscious whilst having shower to minimise the flooding .

Last minute booking not many options left around the city center. We are so lucky to find this place situated right next to main train station. It would be super convenient if you will be coming by Airport Express bus arriving at the main train station. It is just right opposite the station. The room is spacious for 2 persons with an excellent view of the train station and a sunrise view. The old town is just 5-10mins walk away or tram is also easily available around the corner. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, cafes all around so not a problem. If you want to stay in, breakfast 12euro in a beautiful breakfast hall is good to try also. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location was great - easy to get to by Taxi to and from the airport, under 30 mins. Hotel is across the road from main train station, 20 mins walk to old town, 25mins to TV tower, 8 mins to Museum (Wenceslas Square). Room rate was good per night compared to others, but OK if you do not mind a walk. We did not try the breakfast but facilities looked clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and made up everyday, usual facilities - toiletries, hairdryer, towel, tea coffee included and Air con. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out on our last day while we went out and about for more sight seeing.

The cost of the breakfast put us off 12 euros per person, we walked around and found breakfast spots out and about to try something different each day.

Great location, literally across the street/park from the main train station. Only about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and tourist spots. Was better than expected, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, small buffet variety but will fuel you up for the morning and good for the price. Room was clean and a large comfortable bed with air conditioning. Would stay again. (24 year old couple)

Our room stunk of cigarette even though there was no smoking allowed in the room. Not the hotel’s fault, they were helpful when we asked them to make a note of it in case we were to be blamed. We just opened the window for the day and it was almost gone. Would still highly recommend!

Location is amazing. close enough to to city center by foot, also 5 min away from the metro station and various tram lines. the staff is incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. check-in/out was swift. A bus line to the airport (AE) exists 10 mins away. shower is filled with amenities (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, blow-dryer etc.). The room is equipped with heating. Room is quiet. The room is fairly small and basic but it perfectly fit our needs. Overall a great value for money.

A safe and a mini fridge could be nice additions to the room.

Very quiet! It's right across from the train station. Perfect location for those traveling by train. Walking distance to great restaurants and old Prague. Great breakfast at the hotel! This hotel was the highlight of our trip. (If you like great beer and to would like to try some Czech food, go down the street next to the hotel away from the train station to the old church and turn left on the big street. A couple of blocks down are a couple of great restaurants. The second one, with the black and white sign was our favorite. WOW!! modern beautiful luxury restaurant and cheap!) The pictures train station from the hotel are the hotel from the train station.

Loved everything! There was no such thing but one of the reviewers said it sounded like "rats in the pipes". That is the one thing that made us hesitate to stay there. We decided this lack of noisy pipes was the only thing we could find to be disappointed in! This is the kind of hotel we always hope to find.

The location is great, it is close to the center and the subway. The hotel is good, clean room, comfortable bed. They made the hygiene kits available in Spanish (I realized that it was the closest to Portuguese that they had available), I really liked this insight. It has parking, which is a bonus and the price is consistent with a normal company parking lot.

Few TV channels available. On the last day of our stay I went to pick up the car in the garage, we went through the inside of the hotel restaurant, as we were instructed to do on the first day we arrived. While we were putting our bags in the car, the desk clerk came out to argue with us, saying that we would have to go through the outside of the building and not inside (but there was no way we could have known, because nobody had said that before). I thought this attitude was unnecessary, since if we knew this way it is because we had been instructed to use it, and since we were already leaving, there is no reason to leave a negative impression at the end.

The staff was very friendly, professional , helpful, and pleasant. The rooms were clean. I LOVED that the remote controls were sterilized . This is the only hotel that I have visited that has gone to such great length to keep rooms clean and minimize germ transmission . Thank you so much for that !!

My only compliant was that one of our rooms had an unusual smell at first but after 24 hours of airing out the room by leaving the windows wide open , the odor was no longer detectable.

ideally located just opposite the main railway station and within a walking distance from the city center · despite being on a busy street the hotel is incredibly quiet. You will hardly hear anything from outside or from neighboring rooms · nice and helpful staff · in the room there is a kettle and a supply of tea/coffee/sugar · after the check out they can store your luggage in a locked room

Although they kindly let me keep some of my food in a fridge at the reception I would appreciate having a small one in the room
