Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Staff was pleasant at all times. Location is convenient as it is very close to public transport, a few restaurants to choose from nearby, beer garden across the street, and grocery store on the same block. I wondered why this one was cheaper than many others, and it seems to be the location. If you have to use public transportation anyway, then staying away from the busy areas pays off. This one is very convenient in that regard as we didn't have to change tram lines to the centre.

The bathroom, especially the shower, while being roomy, still needs some freshening.

Great Location, Just few meters away from the Tram station and and a bit more away from the train station. There are many restaurants nearby and also a supermarket next door. The hotel is having a garage parking and it charges per night. You can take a direct tram from here to the Hauptbahnhof Munich. This is the second time we are staying here in a raw . The breakfast was amazing and the staffs who were at the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive.

The Lady in the front desk who did the check in was not at all friendly. I asked her about the tram line and stops and she without even spending any extra effort, asked me to to go and check in the tram station instead of asking her. the other two people in the front desk were quite friendly

We stopped in Munich on the way and we stayed one night. The Hotel is well located and allowed us to reach the center easily. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was just excellent, super nice and welcoming. The Parking is right next to the hotel and underground with enough space for your car. We wanted to have some excellent german food and the front desk recommended the restaurant across the street and we most definitely recommend it to ! We recommend this place, the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

Nothing really, was great.

The hotel was easy to reach both from the airport and city centre. Our room was quite big even with the third bed for our kid. The fold out bed was also quite good to sleep on. Bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores were nearby as well. We enjoyed the hotel as a good base to explore the city. The balcony on the fourth floor was very basic but a nice extra.

The balcony could have been cleaned better as there was quite a lot of dust on the surfaces. Otherwise everything was clean.

Breakfast it was great, clean, stuff it was very client oriented.

In booking it was wrote “pay at the property “ and they tried to take money on entire booking with one day before and the guy from reception told me I had luck because they not cancelled my booking. I also send with 2 days before a request for one parking place and I arrived at 2 am and the guy from reception told me if I have luck, I have a parking place. I think in booking you should specify pay in advance and parking if you have luck.

The location is quite good because you can get on a tram or train by walking 2-3 minutes and it takes 20-25 mins approximately. Breakfast is not excellent and it is Germany average I can say. The hotel was clean overall and the staff was pretty friendly and smiling. WIFI was definitely perfect.

TV was really old fashioned and I'd rather have a smart TV in rooms and together with some fancy subscribed streaming like Netflix etc. Another thing is old fashioned infrastructure for the electronic devices, I would expect having a usb integrated plugs besides bed.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. It's quick and easy to reach from the airport via S1 train (beware to take correct one on the way back). U-bahn, tram and bus are all very close, it's about 20 minutes to city center. We liked the breakfast the most, very good and diverse. Rooms are well equipped, we liked especially the kettle with tea selection and the radiators for heating. Staff was very nice and helpful, lady in the reception made an extra effort to isolate us from a boys football team.

Very clean modern room. Modern and clean bathroom, Refrigerator, microwave oven. Breakfast in modern clean room. Breakfast was of high quality and a wide variety of choices.Very friendly staff. Only 500m from Underground and 100m from tram/busses. Excellent spot to visit Munich. Traveltime to Marienplatz (civic centre with metro is 25 minutes)

Not real negative points. Although parking garage is not suited for large cars. There a 4 parking sports outside at an inner court. At present there is not yet a charging station. (will follow soon). Parking fee: 15 euro's per night.(which is a reasonable fee)

Nice, clean, room with minibar and electric kettle. Good bathroom. Quiet (althought on a main road) - soundproof, moderny decorated. Good wi fi. Excellent breakfast, very good quality, great variety. Helpful staff. 24-hour reception. Secure parking at the basement or the courtyard. Location was convenient for us; although far from the center of the city there are plenty of public transport options (U-BAN, Bus, Tram, S-BAN). Supermarket just next to the hotel and a nice beerhouse just opposite. We definetly recomend it.

The room we stayed in would be spacy as a double room, but the addition of the third bed occupied the most of the extra space. Parking is expensive (15€/day). The entrance/exit to the parking is a tricky business; very narrow and rather steep. Be careful.

The hotel met our expectations, it was overall value for money. Room was clean and we were asked if we want our room cleaned, even if we were staying for only 2 nights. All the staff members were really helpful and welcoming, we will definetely prefer it again on our next trip to Munich. Metroline is really close to the hotel and takes you directly to the center.
