Airport shuttle was super convenient and one of the main reasons I chose this property. The outside of the building is older, but the rooms are updated, clean and comfortable.

Elevator out of service and I carried my luggage up 5 flights of stairs. My options were: cancel free of charge. Other option? None. No discount, no offer of help with luggage for a long stay, no voucher or complimentary anything (breakfast, for example). - I was fine, just weary of lousy customer service. No fault of the nice woman at reception, she did her job and absorbed the more or less comprehensive remarks of everyone arriving. But anyone who had physical limitations would be more inconvenienced. I realise that it’s a fluke that the elevator was broken but it says a lot about management considering how this was handled. Not exactly forward-thinking or classy… I slept, I got to the airport. Done.

The price was very good and the hotel looks clean. the room was cleaned and the carpet was decent. it is equipped with a coffee maker, small fridge, comfortable sitting area. they also provided a bath robe for guests. That’s a plus for me. The room was also efficiently decorated with electronic conveniences and nice mirrors for vanity. The bathroom has a nice shower and their provision of all the bathroom necessities aside from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap, facial soap, they also added bath cap, facial scrub and cotton swabs. They have a shuttle service every half hour. I was not able to use it because it was full on the time slot that I had to go, which means that their accommodations are full because people are enticed with their good prices.

I would suggest that they provide bottled water to their guests.

The coffee machine in the lobby. Yum. The shuttle option was so handy. Definitely will stay here again. Being near a gas station and having a variety of amenities near by was convenient

The pool was FREEZING. You could tell it was a quick tidy of the room since we were not checking out....the shower still had areas needing attention. My husband and I drove and my mom flew in. When I inquired about shuttle for my mom on check out day, the attendant got short with me and asked why I needed it when she thought we had a vehicle.

We used the hotel for one night to get an early flight out of Toronto. The hotel met our expectation as it was close to the airport, had a restaurant on site and was clean. The shuttle service is a plus as it is about 15 to 20 minute ride from the hotel to the airport (it runs every 40 minute)

The shuttle bus did not have any air conditioning and with the bus being full it was quite warm on our way into the airport. It would have been nice to have it but given it is a short ride to the airport it is not a deal breaker.

We were charged double the price when we checked in . No prior info es this. The clerk said the money would be refunded when we checked out. It took several days for the money to be refunded . I would have appreciated advance info on this before booking …..I would have chosen another hotel

We were impressed with the size of the room and really thought the pool leisure facilities were an ideal bonus! The hotel was clean and maintained and there was a good free Wi-Fi connection provided, as well as a free airport shuttle which was brilliant too!

It is an airport hotel however Toronto is huge and so to get to the airport it is still 10-20minutes in a taxi (walking anywhere in the city is difficult and limited). Also rooms are adjoining with other hotel guests although the door between is locked, you can hear noise and we were disturbed one night.

Restaurant is good. Two women are good waitresses, remembering our names from 2 years ago.BW is to be counted on for quality of beds and its breakfast. Beds not quite like I remember and breakfast is $15 in the cafe.

We stayed BW plus Airport and BW Orillia. The latter was great from Ben at the front desk to restaurant. Airport Toronto we have used several times. Now, it was fine on 9th but on 15th, aircon was acting up and our room was right behind the big lights on the sign so shone in despite dark drapes. Oh....and please get some better pillows.

The airline had lost my luggage and the reception staff were very helpful in providing me with toothbrush, toothpaste and other essentials for my overnight stay. The shuttle was easy to book would have liked it running maybe every half hour especially with the chaos currently at Toronto Airport. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed but was able to go across the street to Subway to get something to eat. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The ice vending machines were located on three floor and at the time of my visit only one machine was working. Overall a good experience and would stay again if needed.

Shuttle was excellent. Information supplied by property was very clear for location and phone access upon arrival. Pick up time was given and bus arrived on time. Shuttle time for return to the airport was booked at check in and again on time. Room was clean and very quiet for a good refresher prior to my trip to Cuba in the morning. Staff were very pleasant and check in was welcoming and efficient. My experience exceeded current reviews of this hotel
