The bar, the host of the bar/ restaurant/ game room area was amazing. He went above and beyond his normal routine to feed us and keep the area open for us as we arrived late in the evening and were very hungry and needing to relax. I wish i knew his name to thank him.

Booked 4 rooms. When arriving, the desk worker, without any urging from myself, upgraded 2 of the rooms to larger beds. Upon checking out the next morning, i noticed that i was charged more for the upgraded rooms. The morning desk help could not explain why i was charged more, nor was he able to rectify the over charge.

Upon crossing from the US side, it was very easy to find the Days Inn on Bay Street. Front Desk check-in was simple and quick. Parking under the hotel was free and very well lit. Entrance well signed from the parkade. Beds super comfortable, lots of pillows. Quiet overnight -- great sleep! Next morning check-out was even quicker and the team behind the desk were some of the most friendly hotel staff we've ever encountered.

The elevator on check-in was incredibly loud and noisy. It was fixed by the next morning. An Indian Restaurant in the facility is evidenced with the smell in the hallways. Can't even notice it in-room. Last thing, this is an older building. The toilets are tiny. I'd hope the ownership would consider replacing them in future.

THE WATER FOR MY JACUZZI TUB WAS NICE AND HOT. THE SAUNA IN THE WORK OUT ROOM WORKS REALLY WELL. DON'T FORGET YOUR TOWEL. THE BREAKFAST HAS A GOOD VARIETY OF FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM WITH FRESH FRUIT. THE FACT THAT YOUR CAR IS PARKED IN A COVERED AREA IS GREAT WHEN IT IS RAINING OR SNOWING. YOU WAKE UP AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR CAR OFF FROM SNOW. THE AMOUNT OF PILLOWS YOU GET GIVES YOU A CHOICE OF HOW YOU LIKE TO SLEEP. THE TV WORKS AND GIVES YOU LOCAL NEWS AND SUCH. RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET IS MALL WITH PLENTY OF STORES TO SHOP AT. THE BRIDGE TO THE USA IS A FEW MINUTES AWAY AND THE CASINO IS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE ARENA IS ALSO IN WALIKING DISTANCE ALONG WITH A LOT OF SHOPS TO ON QUEEN ST.

Able to reserve easily at a reasonable price. Staff, especially Ravi always know me now, recognize me when I arrive and call me by name. This is much appreciated.

1. The plastic cutlery at breakfast. It’s very difficult to cut meat using this flimsy cutlery. Suggest you provide stainless steel cutlery. 2. It would be nice if the attached bar/restaurant could stay open for late arrivals at the hotel. I always arrive late and have to look around town for dinner.

The room was very good. Spacious, clean, good lighting. There were some drawers under the desk and a good size closet. It had a separate area with a kitchen, island and small table. Perfect for out 3-night-stay. The bathroom was good too and clean. Covered parking, and the location is just perfect, just a short walk from the waterfront.

Breakfast is just ok, compared to the price paid for the room, breakfast is just the same found in all the other motels were we've been in the area that cost much less. Also, not enough tables for all the rooms they have. The man at reception in the mornings has no idea about what's where in town, not even the museums, sightseeing spots that are all within 1km from the Inn. Wouldn't hurt to have some knowledge about what's within a 10 mins walk.

We had a very comfortable stay - the room was spacious and quiet once the wedding or birthday party in the conference area was finished at about midnight. Location is great - we could walk to everything along the waterfront from here.

We were close to the conference area that had a late night party and could hear the noise, but we were so tired it didn't really bother us.

Courteous staff! Loved the location! Will make it a destination in the future!

The only thing that I saw was the entrance from the garage to the lobby could have been a little better kept. I do realize that vacationers overfill garbage containers, but, perhaps this area could be maintained a little better.

We had a wonderful stay. Dinner was amazing and the kids loved the arcade. We went for a nice walk along the water, recommended by one of your employees and then had a restful sleep. We got up early and had a lovely breakfast before we left for Thunder Bay. Thank you so much.

The elevator is terrifying! shakes and jerks badly at 2nd floor and doesn't align level with the floor when doors open. I was told at check-in that The "free breakfast" is just a bagged breakfast with an apple or banana, a yogurt, and granola bar. But is only available 730-930. Yet at 915 we went to check out and were told they had nothing left. I would think that the hotel would have been able to make sure that they had enough bagged breakfasts for the amount of checked in guests. Apparently not.

The staff were very nice, room is clean and spacious. We got a King suite and we (hubby, son) comfortably slept on it, room temperature is just comfortable.

Just be aware that is/are room/s without exterior window, that is what we got, but it did say in the room description I just didnt pay attention to it. But there is a skylight to compensate. The breakfast is okay, nothing too exciting but it meets our needs.
