I loved my stay, but the pet fee is more than any other hotel I have stayed at. Most are a $40 maximum. Here for 2 nights I paid $75. Seems like a lot! Wish it was the same as other hotels.

Staff friendly Joe from breakfast, front desk and cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. Location has several restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The cleanliness of the building is amazing they vacuum every day the communal areas and also washed the floors. Staff was willing to clean the room anytime you wish and supplied clean towels daily. They went above and beyond and provided friendly and efficient service

The facility was very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that the room had a decently sized refrigerator as well as a microwave. Unlike other hotels that I’ve stayed in, I liked that it had a large window that was able to open in order to get some extra ventilation. The front desk staff and housekeeping was also very courteous and friendly. The location was also great, and it had a lot of food choices within the area. Overall it was a great experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The bed was great. Just like the employee at the front desk said it would be. I wanted to take the pillows home, but I didn't.

Shower was very old tile. Didn't like at all.

I was charged for an extra night that I didn't stay at the hotel I'm still fighting to get the charge taken off but that has nothing to do with the staff they were amazing its corporate I am dealing with.

I didn’t like that we weren’t told no housekeeping unless we requested it. The second full day we got a tag on our door to complete if we needed towels etc. The biggest issue for me was the trash not removed.

The staff was great, handled a situation very well. The first room that was promised us was not cleaned not sure if maid quit , went on lunch and forgot to go finish the room however receptionist handled exceptionally well and was given a different room. This room was extremely clean .

I feel that there should be a room check going on after a room is cleaned to make sure it is ready for the next guest to enter the room. Also if you are in a sweet and your room isn’t ready for you then it should either be cleaned on spot or upgraded, if you are there after check in hours.

Guest services was sooo friendly and helpful. Never a wait for somebody at guest services as they were always there. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked at all times.

The pool area needs some updates but it was definitely usable and my son even made some friends. Water was slightly cloudy. Showers are slightly outdated but absolutely usable.

Breakfast was good, what I expected. Though the coffee was really weak! The windows actually open--that is extremely important to me!!!!!!--fresh air!! And I really really like that the shower is made so that it doesn't need a curtain. Shower curtains can be really gross, even if they don't look like they are! I was impressed to hear that the pool was being "shocked" the afternoon I arrived; next time I'll bring a swimsuit.

There was a lot of trash in the yard directly outside my window. Plastic bottle, paper...kind of depressing to look out and see. I was in room 202. The light in the bathroom is kind of dim, but it's not a big deal. The bed is much too soft for me. It feels like there's one of those big puffy covers on the mattress. Maybe I can ask to have it removed on my next visit, if possible. But I figure most people like those.
