It was great for the kids, the bathroom around the shower could’ve used a little bit of scrubbing it was a little dirty and the whole seal around our toilet was coming off and that was a little gross other than that it was a pretty nice day. We requested at the front desk for another family who is coming with us for them to be on the same floor or for a conjoining room and they ended up being two floors below us. Those are really our only complaints other than that we had a great time

Extremely fast and seamless check in, room is exceptionally clean from floors and surfaces to bathroom to linens, perfectly placed clean desk and open storage area, no carpet (soft laminate instead, ideal for those with allergies), bathroom is spotless with spacious shower. both shifts of front desk staff are immediately available, helpful, and friendly. Lobby area is clean and cozy, perfect for an evening tea with a friend or for older kids to hang out.

The only thing that was missing in a bathroom for us is the ventilation exhaust switch to get rid of humidity after shower faster.

First time staying here and absolutely loved it! The room was so nice, modern, and clean. Beds were very comfy. Great view! The TV also welcomed me which was a nice touch. Liked there was no carpet in the room. Front desk/reception area was so cool! All of the games, and food and snacks. Staff were very friendly.

The only thing would be the mini fridge. It was small and didn’t get very cold. It also lacked a freezer for refreezing ice packs. A slightly taller mini fridge with a small freezer would’ve been perfect. Other than that, loved it and will definitely will recommend abcs return in the future.

I loved the front desk clerk. He was very friendly and the place had a nice vibe to it. Felt almost like Dorm life. Very large bathroom and plenty of soaps etc which was very nice! It was a great place for young kids for sure!

It felt like a Dorm setting and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. The bed also was a bit stiff. I like a softer bed but if you like firm than this would have worked. It was more expensive then others in the area and did not feel like the value of Dorm living matched price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all attractions, Hershy Park etc. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable as well.

I thought the room was way too small. The beds felt like they were sticking out too far, my kids kept hitting their legs on the Sharpe corners. The pool was waaaay too small, one family in the pool felt overcrowded. Definitely need to make that bigger. They need to make the morning breakfast longer. 9am is way too early for it to end, especially when Hershy Park doesn't open till 11:00.

The breakfast was perfect for our taste. We loved the amenities and location. Everyone was friendly and the common areas were fun for the kids.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There was toothpaste on the door and a bit of soap scum or black mold around the shower door. Our shampoo didn't work because the plastic lid wasn't removed before placing it in the dispenser.

Location was close to Hershey Park. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Pool was great for our grandsons.

Bed in room 210 , closer to door was very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of on one side. Both sides of bed need nighttable for glasses, phone, water, book etc.

nice selection and everything was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the loby area where there was seating and things to keep busy. Having coffee available all the time

Like a microwave and coffee maker in room. When traveling with children, it's nice to be able to heat food and have that first cup of coffee in the morning while they are still sleeping.

We loved the location, the family atmosphere (cute mural in lobby with available board games), and free breakfast!

When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk. I had to find the bathrooms and the bathrooms near the lobby were filthy! The young man from the desk appeared to be cleaning certain areas. Also, the luggage carts are AWFUL, not nearly big enough and poorly designed!!!

The staff was friendly and very attentive; they cleaned tables quickly during breakfast and were constantly refilling items and assisting guests. The rooms and property were kept noticeably clean. The foosball tables and board games were fun; there was a lot of cozy seating. There was a filtered water station. I liked the lemon sugar hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion stations supplied in the bathrooms—I didn’t need to use my own. Good breakfast selection, there was something for everyone; the pancake makers, complete with fun toppings, was a big hit.

The location was a little hidden. There wasn’t a safe in the room. The room was smaller than expected, very compact. The bed was comfy, except for a spring that poked at me in the night. There wasn’t a closet, but there was a rail with hangers above the fridge, which was odd—I didn’t like the “open storage” concept. There wasn’t a foldable rack to put my suitcase on. Suitcases are expected to be stored under the bed. The room was overpriced at over $200/night—I would’ve considered extending my stay, if the cost were more reasonable.
