Lovely mid-century design, completing the Danish experience. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and amazing location - close to almost every attraction we wanted to visit, enough so that we could walk everywhere and almost never needed public transportation.

Walls are quite thin. There was a very loud guest in the room next to us all night and the thin wall made it hard to sleep because if it. BUT staff immediately fixed us a different room upon request and it solved the issue quickly.

The room was comfortable and quiet; I especially loved having a spacious desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about places to visit in Copenhagen. I enjoyed the adjoining restaurant, food quality was quite good. Breakfast was delicious (though not included in the room price). The complimentary glass of wine between 5-7 pm was nice. Location and proximity to subway was excellent.

It was just an oversight I am sure, but I had to ask for towels. And there was no bath mat, so getting out of the shower created a wet bathroom floor.

The hotel is beautiful and the interior design is fantastic. It is in an amazing location and within a 10-15 walk from various attractions around the city. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had a street view so open the windows to look out at H.C.Andersens Boulevard. The check in was really each and the staff were both helpful and pleasant. There are lots of lovely features about the hotel and we had a great stay!

The street outside can be a little loud, we stayed over a weekend so there was noise on the Saturday night but the majority was blocked by the windows so wasn’t a big issue for us.

Loved it! I like a neat compact, non fussy room and this was just that. It was still comfortable and cosy and I loved the retro design. I was incredibly comfortable and it was perfect as I a solo traveller. The location was right next to the city hall which meant that I was central to see all the sights, well connected to the metro and buses and it was only 20 minutes by metro to the airport! The hotel was very pretty and well decorated. It is also annexed to a fabulous cafe attached. There's luggage storage too if you have a late flight. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was so so comfy, which is important.

Cool design hotel with tons of photo spots. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good within 5 few minutes walk to the metro and bus stop and about 10 minutes walk to Tivoli and the main train station. The hotel is quiet and the cafe is very good.

The hotel is quite dated especially the carpet and elevator. There is not much facility provided. The bathroom floor is cold to the touch and the shower is directly across the curtain so the room will get wet every time

Room was very nice and big enough for single room (little space to walk and leave you backback instead of it being on the way all the time). Room was also clean. Very good and helpful service at the reception. Easy check in and out process. Breakfast was served at the table (no buffee) inc. Bread, yugurth and juice + coffee/tea = enough to start the day.

My room was in the 1st floor, street noice was very mild in the morning, during the day didn't notice anything. (They did have some rooms towards inneryard aswell)

Lovely design throughout. Bed was really comfy. Really helpful staff. Great location. Lovely to be able to have a glass of wine in reception in the evenings before heading out for dinner. Secure luggage storage room.

You can hear quite a lot of the traffic from outside, i.e. not the best soundproofing (although not as bad as we thought it might be upon reading other reviews). Cleaners also knocked on our door very early on both mornings of our stay which we found strange.

The bed is comfortable, the breakfast has good quality. The staff is super nice. The table is useful to work on. The air conditioning works and can be turned on/off individually.

I could still hear a little bit the street when the window was closed, but very soft (sometimes not at all). The breakfast is not a buffet, therefore the amount is limited. But there were many nice options to choose from.

The room was compact, but comfortable. It faced onto a busy road, but the only noise we could really hear were any sirens from the emergency services that went by. The location was good for access to the city centre. The bonus was the free wine at Happy hour!

There was a kettle in the room, but no cups. Coffee was available in the reception area, but hot water had to be from the kettle in your own room

Staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. Free glass of wine in the evening was much appreciated! Location of the hotel was great.

We found the positioning of the toilets very compact/cramped. It would have been nicer if the shower had been a little more spacious. Lack of air conditioning, the fan served a purpose but not as efficient as air conditioning would have been.
