Very good location, beds are amazing, and the breakfast was awesome. Price vs quality, it is quite a good deal. If this is for a short stay downtown and not work related, this is a good choice.

The bar, even during the opening hours did not have any staff, we had to order drinks at the reception. The room size is ok, but the desk is small. So if you need to work, well neither your room, neither the business center would be appropriate. Finally, we put the sign to do our room, but nobody came for doing the room.

very poor welcome. rude lady on reception. blunt, cold, not welcoming. our room wasn’t ready so we told her we would wait on chairs in lobby, 8 feet from her and she ignored us for hours while checking others in. finally went to another member of staff who checked us in immediately. considering we had travelled since 2am and were exhausted we expected better.

1. on weekends the beer garden across the straat can be quite loud (but okay with closed windows) 2. the hotel reception staff was not really helpful when we asked for dinner suggestions, they told us we were too late (830PM), and it was Saturday. the only serious option they gave were the Indian chain restaurant around the corner. We did not fancy Indian, but found a couple of other places nearby and had unexpectedy nice steak across the street from Tivoli. As the receptionists are the same as from the Ascot hotel, I would have expected a bit more help/knowledge of the area.

Very nice hotel in a good location, close to the main street and to many other attractions. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The desk staff were nice and helpful.

The single room was very very small but my main problem was the noises from the a small refrigerator that was on the wall and made stressful noises all day and all night.

Great location. Very nice design at the lobby and the room. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was not so clean. For example we found some staff left from the previous occupants. The room had not been hoovered properly. You need to request cleaning, The room is not made up by default. And when cleaning is requested, the just make the beds. For example the bins were not emptied on every occasion; when they did change the towels they only changed one. Even though the room itself is spacious, there is hardly any shelf / desk space as for some reason they are designed to be super narrow. The same goes for the bathroom where it's impossible to wash your hands without splashing water everywhere due to the very small (but stylish) wash bowl.

Great central location, Tivoli Gardens only a 10 minute walk away, good choice of restaurants and bars also within easy walking distance. Rooms are well presented and spotlessly clean. Dining room is pleasant with a good choice for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Rooms are only cleaned if you put out a "please make up room" sign before 9am and on our first attempt this did not happen. However reception were apologetic and quick to remedy the situation when we pointed it out. I am more than happy to re-use a towel to help with the environment but at £200 a night I don't think it is too much to ask to have your bed made and refreshments restocked for when you return from a busy day's sightseeing.

the hotel is very well located, near the train station, near the town center and near meatpacking district. Staff is very professional and helpful. The bed is so comfortable i didn’t want to get out of it. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely go back if i visit Copenhagen again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

WIDE Hotel was wonderful. The lobby area was stylish and clean, with welcoming staff who answered any questions we had during check-in/ throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, stylish and comfortable with all amenities we could need such as a coffee machine, iron, soaps for the sink and shower in the bathroom and extra pillows. The room was cleaned throughout our stay too, daily, at no additional cost. The location is within walking distance from the train station, city centre and eateries. We would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Breakfast was superb and served from 7-10 am so plenty of time to enjoy a lie in! The position of the hotel is brilliant for exploring the city and is a very short walk to most of the attractions and in particular the train station which is approx a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Our room was very clean and the super king size bed was superbly comfortable. Shower was great with plenty of hot water. Our room was lovely and quiet. We decided against having our towels changed every day and made our own bed (just shake the duvets!) which saves a lot on laundry (you can request to have clean towels every day if you want). Overall we were very happy with the hotel

Room was a little warm on one occasion and we couldn't seem to adjust it but it soon settled to an acceptable temperature so no real issues. The hotel is branded the Ascot Hotel with the WIDE hotel attached to it with a very small sign so maybe better signage?

Great stay, the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room on the top floor which was very clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and shower. The breakfast was very good too, a wide selection and very pleasant breakfast room. There were restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and it was a short walk to the centre of the city.

The only thing I would mention is that there is a music venue across the road, which on Friday and Saturday night we could hear a little. It seemed to die down around 11:30/midnight, so didn't cause us any issues.
