Comfortable, spacious apartment, with sliding door separating the bedroom from living. Our apartment was also nice and dark when the shutters and curtains were closed. Separate airconditioning for bedroom and livingroom/open kitchen. Relatively quiet from street noise.

Noise levels of the machine outside at the back of the apartment which provides the airconditioning for the hotel (Ascot) and apartment. This is a rather intrusive noise even though windows have been double insulated. So make sure to have some earplugs.

Great apartment, very spacious. Good and modern features and lovely interieur. Amazing view with great sunsets. If you want a flat with a kitchen and living room feeling in Kopenhagen, you should book this suite. The staff is really nice and helpful. Solves every problem!

Only grain of salt: the club outside can be loud, depending on day and gig. If you are an early sleeper or get annoyed by beats, you should book the suites without view, as those are facing the courtyard and not the street. Bathroom should have a few more towel rackets.

Loved having a self contained apartment. Very well laid out , nicely furnished, very clean. Easy access without having to go through reception each time. Amazing location right in the centre of everything. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff,

Very odd selection of equipment. Big washer drier, big dishwasher, but hardly any cooking equipment - small frying pan, saucepan. Big oven which had clearly never been used, but only a two ring induction hob. At first sight it looks equipped for a small family to be completely self catering, but in reality that would be very difficult. Some kind of music club opposite playing extremely loud music some afternoons and early evenings, but not late.

there is no ventilator in the toilet but not a big deal to us. the reason we gave a bit lower score on the “staff” is that one of the cleaning staff she knocked on our door for cleaning in the morning at 10am, I mentioned that we will be out in 15 mins and ask maybe she could come back. she said nothing, make a moaning sound and left. However we have mentioned this to the receptionist who was professional and listened to us.

Lovely apartment and it's a part of a hotel next door. The location was great, it is very close to transportation if needed, and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. The facilities were new and of a high standard. The apartment was perfect for 2 people with comfy bed, sofa and dining table. Great that it had a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

I wish they had hooks in the bathroom for the towels

It was perfect. Comfortable bed, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. Clean, well appointed and quiet. We didn't try the breakfast, however the bar was nice as well as the small gym. The location was amazing, right near the train station, but in a nice neighborhood. Close to the Tivoli Gardens, restaurants, hop on, hop off bus.

Our apartment was extremely well furnished and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped including Nespresso coffee machine with pods replaced daily. The staff were helpful, including coming to our apartment to explain Danish washing machine instructions.

As usual Niklas Hansen was a superstar! Jens was also very helpful in getting us settled in to the room. The room is clean , spacious and well planned with good views.I think the management has done exceptionally well catering for their different types of customers, it is great to see their progress over the years.Well done!

Excellent staff. Very obliging, friendly and helpful. Great location and facilities of hotel were excellent. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Would have enjoyed a Cafe for light meals and coffee. Not a criticism just a thought.

The area is vibrant and active. The hotel apartment is really luxurious, equipped with all one need.
