The location is good, while not the very dead center, it’s close enough to explore the Inner City on food; also, Vesterport train station is nearby. The room was rather spacious, well-appointed, pleasant and cozy. Besides the bed, there was a desk, a small sofa (which, I believe, could be folded out to sleep a child), a small table, coffee and tea making facilities and even a couple of dumbbells! I appreciated a large number of power sockets. The bathroom was rather small, but functional and clean. The bed was comfortable. I felt the walls were not very sound-proof, but apparently the other guests were quiet, and the street outside is also quiet at night, so I had no problem getting a good sleep.

The WiFi signal was rather weak, may depend on the room. There was no fridge, though apparently one was supposed to be under the desk. I didn’t try the breakfast, as I found it overpriced (alas, everything is quite expensive in Copenhagen). Couldn’t have helped noticing a few scratches, especially on the doors. None of the above was serious, I was very pleased with the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great for getting to/from the airport and into the downtown area of Copenhagen easily. The street felt safe and has a grocery store nearby. The size of the room & bathroom was great for 3 people. The people at the front desk are friendly & helpful - we even got to check into our room several hours early.

The 3 person room is two twin beds + a sofa bed.. the twin beds were really comfortable but the sofa bed was extremely hard & not comfortable for a long stay. It would be helpful if they added a mattress topper or something similar to make it more comfortable.

Location was good, walking distance to train station and main town. Room was small but cozy. Staff very nice. Breakfast was good (excellent bread!). Hand weights in the room was a weird but wonderful touch! We all (my colleagues and I all made use of them).

I didn't love the bathroom, which was tiny. Functional, but weird shower and sink areas (and floor got very wet when showering). Tiny sink area didn't have much space for one's toiletries, make-up etc. I had room with balcony (shared with other rooms), looking straight across at other buildings (no view, had to close drapes for privacy).

The hotel is located quite close to Copenhagen Central Station, just a short walk away. From there, you can easily access public transport to anywhere in the city. It took us only 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport by train. The Classic Four room was adequate for two people, featuring two single beds placed together and a sofa. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. All basic amenities were provided. The staff was friendly and attentive. Strøget shopping street was very close, which was convenient since we arrived early in the morning, and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. We dropped our bags in the storage room and headed straight to Strøget. Supermarkets were also nearby. For brunch, Social Brew was a great option, and across from it was a café called "Coffee First", where their iced salted caramel latte was amazing. Torvehallerne food hall was also within walking distance. Anyone looking for halal food can easily find halal restaurants in the nearby area, typically within a 10 to 20-minute walk.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was too small, causing water to splash while washing our faces. The bathroom also had a constant unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a blood spot on one of the mattresses, which was quite disgusting.

The Hotel is in a fabulous location just 5 minutes walk from Tivoli, within easy distance of the main station and walking distance of all the main attractions the city has to offer. The communal areas are both welcoming and clean plus there is a large spread at breakfast with plenty of options (both hot and cold). Our room was on the 6th floor, meaning we also had a balcony (a lovely surprise) boasting city views. Facilities within the room also included a Lavazza Coffee Machine, and flatscreen TV.

This isn't necessarily a fault of the hotel directly, but when I first lay down on one side of the twin bed I nearly sank to the floor! It was very soft indeed, and didn't really work for me. The other side was fine however, so I took that. Also, could have been slightly cleaner (a few cobwebs on the smoke alarm) and some parts of the wall had black/scuff marks, so not great on the eyes. Large shower head also could have done with unblocking, as water shot out at all angles rather than straight down.

What a fantastic hotel ! The rooms are compact but clean and have everything you need .The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was cozy at night. The hotel staff are fantastic, so helpful and great with the kids. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to chose from. The hotel is great for visiting all the sights of the city. A 5 minute walk from tivoli gardens and 2 mins from the metro . An abundance of things to do in the area. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Lounge bar did not have much to chose from- wine, beer or cider. would be nice to have a wider selection. But that's based on my drink preferences.

Wrong communication between booking.com and hotel. It means: 1) Booking offered me a special deal for breakfast for 70DDK for a day. I've accepted it and price was risen accordingly by 70DDK per day and each person. However, final booking confirmation stated no breakfast. At hotel I was told that no meal was ordered, but I was still charged the sum risen by "special breakfast deal" of 70 DDK per person and day. 2) I've filled in details for invoicing into booking.com order, but these details were not passed to the hotel and I had to state them again at reception. 3) non smoking was requested, but booking confirmation explicitly stated as non-smoking only one room (fortunately enough non-smoking rooms were available during our check-in)

Cloud-soft beds, clean rooms, warm radiators, nice staff. Breakfast was average. For more or less same money you can eat in cafe, if you’re looking for diversity. Great location.

The water pressure was so weak it couldn’t even reach the wall on full open. It might be the common problem on that area or hotel just trying to reduce water consumption. Shower gel and shampoo bottles was just fulfilled with water. Squirted with splashing on hand. Seems like it’s very expensive liquids in Denmark, if hotel needs to dilute it with water so desperately.

My stay at the Richmond hotel was amazing. I was there for three nights. The room was small but very satisfactory to me. Everything was made for comfort inside. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, I walked everywhere and it only took me about 10-15 minutes to reach the city centre. The breakfast buffet was also really great, and the staff were lovely, always happy to help, always with a smile on their face. On my last day I couldn't stay for breakfast and the receptionist very kindly offered me a coffee to go. If I return for a few days in Copenhagen, I will definitely choose to stay in the Richmond again.

We really liked the location (easy walk from main station, even easier from Vesterbro station had we paid attention!), good local grocery stores, very friendly helpful staff, rooms on top floor good with a nice balcony, breakfast a good selection and plenty of it. Nice touches in the room like a great coffee pod machnie with pods, toiletry items like cotton buds and nail files.

Noise from other rooms a little intrusive at times - but earplugs provided (and used)! Mattresses on beds really unsupportive and saggy - I have a bad back and had to resort to sliding a pillow under the middle of the mattress,
