The place literally have everything, despite the property showing some ages, still worth the price

The lady at reception at night shift, “Doha”, she is really unprofessional. It’s the first time I heard that I can’t pay extra night at reception, and ask me go to booking instead. She is playing with her phone taking and laughing with her friend, apparently she too busy to take customer need. Rest the staff are nice.

Great value for very affordable price. The hotel territory is quite large, offering a couple of pools ( both heated and unheated), own small Aqua park and nice clean beach. The all-inclusive concept as well as facilities and animation make it a perfect vacation destination for families with kids. At the same time as an adult solo traveler one wouldn’t feel uncomfortable thanks to expanded territory and perfectly defined zones for kids’ leisure.

I wish the rooms were freshly renovated and/or better maintained. The staff is generally super friendly and helpful but sometimes one may feel kindly reminded of a “tipping” culture. Leaving 1$ for room service on a daily basis is an unwritten rule in Egyptian hotels.

Everything is perfect starting from reception with ( Ayman ) he is friendly,helpful and professional he make our vacation is amazing The room is good and clean always, ahmed from room service is wonderful man and I will not forget( Mr.Hamdy ) he is friendly and always ask if we need anything or if we have any questions or requests Food quality is good and tasty And finally the animation team is always active especially ( Memo ) always around and every activity he come and asks us to share Totally Everything is perfect and I will come again for sure

The reception team were absolutely amazing! Hats off to Doha, Vivianna and Aymin especially! They always had a smile and always assured our stay was fantastic. They looked after us very well and were simply nothing less than amazing! Thank you Aqua Joy!

The prices for some stuff was a little too high. Taxi to the marina was £30 from hotel but Uber was £2. Shisha was £15 but local price outside was £1 or so. Activities were 10x the prices you can get online. Hotel itself is very well priced but the other people they have in there are really expensive.

The sweaming pool and surroundings . We had room 2147 , excellent position and very handy especially if you are in holiday with children. Close to the bar which served ice-cream, burgers ,chips ,pizzas , hot dogs and drinks all afternoon .Close to the children's pool and big pool which were heated and very warm. The staff it is extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful. The hotel surroundings are really nice , clean and well maintained. Going for a walk all the way to the beach , getting pancakes, playing games while your babies are in the play area looked after , it is just amazing and very relaxing. Loads of activities like slides, swings, games , dancing, yoga too. I have to mention Karim, Mark and the rooms manager who were very helpful. Delighted with our stay !

Very very nice place. One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer and amazing hotel with the beautiful view. We had a room with private pool. It made our vacation even more amazing. And we liked everything! Super animation team, lot's of fun. Good food. Staff all very friendly and helpful, great service. Specially thanks for looking after to barman Ahmed and housekeeping Ahmed. Thanks to everyone. We had fantastic time. Hope to comeback soon. Highly recommended 10/10!

beach is not good enough night show is great but it’s finish at 10 PM it will be better if extend to 11 PM kids night show is very good but it will be excellent if the songs played in english more than Russian the beverage is good but it will be better to add some nuts and biscuits

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean and had all necessary equipment. Aquapark was great!!! My son loves it, we did not have to wait for our turn, and slides are of good quality. Safeguards at swimming pool were very helpful. I even tried the gym, which had variety of weights and some machines. Food was great, lots of options, tasty and fresh

Pls check pictures before booking if you are looking for a nice beach. Pictures here show the real beach, which is quite small and is more like a lagoon. As evening show happens in the middle of hotel territory, it is quite loud if your room looks inside the hotel.

Staff: tremendous and very helpful. Location: decent, close to the airport (5-10 min) and Hurghada City Center (25-30 min) Food: excellent, almost perfect. Non-alcoholic drinks: regular. Beach: small, clean, with good platforms extending inside the water. Pools: regular, clean and well-maintained. Aqua Park: decent when it works. Short working hours and can be closed without prior notice. Kids Park: good facilities and an excellent program for kids to spend a few hours. Evening shows activities almost every night to entertain guests (otherwise, it can be boring).

Alcoholic drinks: domestic, cheap and very low-quality. Rooms: furniture could be replaced with new furniture as this one is 10+ years old and not comfortable enough to fit two adults and a toddler. Disappointing: one of the reasons we chose it was the aqua park and the water slides. Unfortunately, they closed all water slides except one on the third day, and we never saw them open during our stay.

We loved loved loved the heated pools, the beach, the snack bars, the ice creams, the slushies, local desserts, hot grills, beach beds available, the massages (thank you Ritha'a for those amazing massages!!) - the value for money was amazing! Room was wonderful, staff were always friendly and their Muhammara was PHENOMENAL. We had such a wonderful break and we highly recommend especially for families with young children ☺️

Ala Carte restaurants were not great. The fresh grills and buffet options were better. We had no Aircon in the room. Alcohol options were not great (bring your own alcohol from your own country's airport if you're a drinker). The western desserts were not great - they looked beautiful, looked different but tasted the same and bland. Stick to the local desserts they were delicious! Overall still an amazing resort.
