Very good staff. Concierge and front desk staff were great. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast set up is too small, chaotic and disorganized. It is a suites hotel so there are a lot of families with small children, which is fine. But trying to access the buffet line in a small space on the outer rim of the dining room was chaotic. The omelette station and bread-toasting station were poorly arranged on top of one another. Those wanting toast which took forever to toast had to squeeze into and interrupt the line of those waiting to order an omelet. it was like a mosh pit.

The entire staff was delightful, especially Donald, the concierge and the wait staff for lunch and dinner. The location is central and everything is walkable.

The hotel and furniture needs updating, although the bed was wonderful. If you take a late evening shower you will find no to little hot water.

The room is fantastic, with spacious living and kitchen, big bathroom, and small desk area. Good location too.

The Hilton lives off its name and this hotel feels like it's not really changed since the late 90s. The kitchen in our room had not a single utensil plate or cup, the coffee never gets filled up again so you get only one pod for the machine, it doesn't really give the impression of modernity or class. The breakfast room has very little fresh food or fruit or any sliced meat or salad, only sausage bacon eggs and packaged stuff, even the yogurt and spread. Very strange from such a large hotel to have such bad selection for breakfast.

it was close proximity to everything, just a short walk away. I loved that you received free breakfast. It was a buffet style but you could also get a omelette made, with fresh bacon sausage and home style potato fries. Pancakes where available for my daughter as well. in the evenings between 5-7 was happy hour, you would receive two complimentary drinks alcohol and non-alcoholic each guest. Great overall stay. My daughter had a blast

The only thing I didn’t like was my jetted bathtub didn’t work. I don’t normally get to take a relaxing bath and was excited to unwind after a long drive but the jets where not working.

The location was excellent. My mother went with us and she is in a wheel chair and we could bring her every place we went. The breakfast great and the service was excellent. Every time we went to breakfast there was a young man that always found us a table to sit at, it's hard to find the right place to sit with a wheel chair.

The only problem I had was in the room we had 4 people and we only had enough towels and cups for two people and we also ran out of toilet paper. The coffee they left was for a Keurig coffee maker and we didn't have one of those we had a regular coffee maker. Not enough creamer and sugar for the coffee. Things need to be stocked for how many people are staying in the room.

Location is great, close to many attractions in the Old Port including the Notre Dame. Room is somewhat clean and spacious.

The room is somewhat dark, with a few lamps. It seems clean but doesn’t really give a clean vibe. There were dishes left outside one room which we thought belonged to a guest but it turned out to be a storage/supplies room and nobody cleaned it up. The room has a musty, old place smell.

Breakfast buffet was a great convenience. Reception staff were knowledge and friendly. Room was quiet and clean. We booked a room with kitchenette which was very convenient and necessary for our family's dietary restrictions.

We would have liked the kitchenette to be stocked with plates, coffee cups and cutlery. We had to ask housekeeping for these items. A tea kettle would have been convenient over a 1 cup maker. The rooms were very dark. You need more lamps or bright light bulbs.

Great location in Old Montréal. Breakfast and happy hour included in the $$$ price.

Our room was very dark (overlooked an alley), And little lighting in the room. Housekeeping was great. Ice machine only on every other floor. Not much of a lobby; no place to “hang out”. Air conditioning was confusing. Could not figure out how to adjust it to a comfortable temp. Either too cold or Too warm.

The rooms was large and spacious. Immaculately clean and housekeeping came every day and location was excellent right near the basilica Notre Dame and right by the hop on hop off bus stop.  The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant in the evening is reasonably priced. as a solo traveller, I felt very safe here.

although lots of lighting in the room from lamps et cetera the bedroom was quite dark as there was no overhead light.  the spa bath didn’t have any power to it.
