Continental breakfast had a very ample variety of items. Room was ample, very clean, nice clean floors, the bed was very comfortable. The mood of the place was relaxed, the price was good. The receptionists were very helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, visiting the Arboretum and getting on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Overall it was a very good experience.

There was only one elevator and it was not always readily available, though. There isn't much one can do about this

The hotel and staff were exceptional! Very clean and spacious rooms and worth the money. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Great location and among other businesses to shop and eat. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating! This hotel will always be our overnight stop when heading south!!!

I can not think of even one thing to list as something we did not like!

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had several telephone contacts from reception prior to arrival about the room change.

I requested a double room /no pets. However on the day of arrival, I received a call asking about pet allergies and a room was not available that was designated as no-pets. Was offered upgrade to king but needed separate beds. Luckily, my friend and I did not have pet allergies. Booking should notify upon reservation when there is an issue fulfilling reservations, not the day of arrival as if this wasn't ok, we would have had to locate another hotel for our 4 day stay.

There was a variety of items to choose from ranging from hot food to grab and go items. The waffles were great tasting. There were a variety of drinks and the staff was cleaning constantly.

I was disappointed that we were unable to get into the pool. The room was not cleaned after our first day even though we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door.

the city had water pipes burst so we had no water the first night and then nothing the next 2. we were never notified and it was a bit awkward on what was happening. the receptionist wasn’t that friendly to ask questions to. not the hotels fault for the water issue but the lack of communication was to be desired along with being accommodating

The breakfast was great! The room itself was great and met our needs. There was plenty of room for my wife's wheelchair. The bed was a little high for my wife to get into.

The bathroom was not the best. The toilet was to close to the wall for either myself or wife to use. Also, the toilet paper holders was on the same wall and that made things worse.

Next door to the Shopping Outlet. Great bargains there! Fantastic Seafood Restaurant a few minutes walk. Very reasonable and the white chocolate raspberry cake was exceptional. So big, the 3 of us split it. Loved being able to get a free cup of herbal Mint Melody tea each evening. Clean, quiet big room. Will use again, the next time we go to Ashville.

it is near the outlet stores, breakfast was good, rooms are good. there is a fitness area, conference room.

I arrived and in my room there where cockroaches 🪳 this can happen anywhere offcourse but it was disgusting! they where crawling in the bathtub, between the towels and in the phone. but the hotel quickly got me into another room. on another floor on another side of the hotel. the pool is closed after labor day, since it is an outdoor pool.

Very close to the Biltmore and other restaurants. The staff was excellent! Peater checked us in on Friday night and answered all of our questions. The staff (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) who were handling the breakfast were on top of things and also very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We did have a problem with the AC working properly in my opinion but not enough to switch rooms or complain about it!

They had a GREAT breakfast with many options available! The shower had great water pressure. My son enjoyed the outdoor pool. I really liked that they had a fold out couch for my son to sleep on.

Although everything was really great, the only thing I really noticed was some small traces of mold in the bathroom shower caulk that could have possibly use some bleach or even new caulk.
