The room was great, but the pillows were too fluffy, I forgot to bring mine.

July 6 nite about 11:30/11:45 we were woken by buckets clanging, a child crying, a lady yelling at someone which seemed like it was the room behind our headboard and the room next door. My husband could not fall back asleep at all!! So very disturbing as it kept me also from getting back to the good sleep. Especially since the pillows hurt my neck being too high or not quite the right filling. But I forgot mine.

Breakfast was amazing the server was sweet and informative. She was excellent on Saturday and Sunday. The check in ladies on Friday 6/23 exceeded my expectations. They were kind, patient and courteous.

I wish the late night front desk person would have brought the blanket to our room like she said she would. My son had so sleep without a blanket the first night because of this issue.

Quiet, nice staff and rooms. Beds were firm but not too firm. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked good. 12' tall ceilings in rooms, you felt dwarfed. Interesting place, would stay again.

It was all good. Parking lot lights should have come on earlier. Was a litte hard to find because of that. It's sort of tucked back in the corner of a big parking lot.

The morning breakfast staff was amazing! So nice and helpful!!! The breakfast room was cozy with a fireplace and great view! Room was spacious and cozy! Entrance was cool!

Parking lot was a little sketchy…. The pool was nasty and we decided not to use it. Paint peeling from ceiling into the pool, which looked dirty…

A beautiful old hotel on the river. Pretty nicely maintained, There was a very nice pool. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful old world woodworking and stained glass throughout the common areas. Very close to our ultimate destination, which was the old downtown area.

The included breakfast was a bit light. very basic.

The room doors are very heavy and with their strong closures can be very annoying when slammed early in the morning.

The breakfast optons weren't great. Th eeggs were too buttery for my taste. the pre-packaged belgian waffles lacked a certain touch.

We love the king suite views, the comfort of the sheets and towels, the cleanliness of the rooms, DirectTV options and everything about the suite.

The pool needs a huge remodel/update and it needs daily maintenance!

very clean. bathroom was updated with nice walk-in shower. bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and big. pretty view of the river and being on the 3rd floor, it felt like being in a tree house.

reviews said good breakfast but actually it was just cereal and toast options. No eggs or meats.

Location was perfect we were 2 minutes from family. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious

The breakfast was disappointing although I think I understand why it's that way. And our view of the river was obstructed by the trees and bushes.
