Reservation. I did not authorize this booking, and and especially did not authorize it through booking.com. I was charged twice for these accommodations, and I will only pay one time. Booking.com needs to Fredericksburg, VA to let the know that booking work this situation out with Priceline.com, which is who I actually booked reservation through. Both companies are trying to charge me for this booking, even though I never contacted booking.com to make this

I am in the process of contacting the consumer protection department at each of the media outlets in Toledo, OH and in Fredericksburg, VA, to let them know that if one redundancy of this charge is not canceled, I will be referring to your companies as Priceline.CON and booking.CON

Rooms were very nicely laid out - plenty of room, granite counter for coffeemaker and other things over fridge and microwave. TV mounted on wall worked well and could be turned for viewing from any part of the room. There was a separate table/desk on which I placed my laptop. There were plenty of lamps and outlets. All was in working order. Bathroom was in great condition and modern. Room had a guide to cable stations. A/C was working and easy to adjust. Breakfast was great: do-it-yourself waffles (though only 1 waffle maker), muffins, toast, cold cereals, scrambled eggs, other hot items (bacon? oatmeal?), yogurts, butter, cream cheese, jams, syrup, juice, apples, more. Toaster and microwave present. Breakfast room was clean and food was constantly replenished. Comfortable bed. I've been to other Country Inns and this was the best - truly an excellent choice.

One very minor issue: rug in my room had a small area that was showing signs of wear. I could see no other issues at all. Access to motel from road was a little tricky - also a minor issue. Approach slowly.

Breakfast was generous but a bit overwhelmed the morning we were there (but it appeared there was a soccer team also dining at the same time, so supplies were depleted more rapidly than normal). I also appreciated the handout at the front desk listing area restaurants that delivered to the hotel! Also, excellent locations for plugs all over the room, so I could work on my laptop in bed, at the desk, or on the couch.

Room was clean, well-cooled, and spacious. I would have enjoyed some sort of coffee table option to go in front of the couch, but I can see why that might make the space overcrowded. It didn't significantly diminish our stay in any way.

Full breakfast offer was fantastic - we only took some yoghurt and coffee so can't comment on food quality. Bed was comfortable, happy to have spare pillow (should offer 2 spares) and light blanket. Happy we could turn the hvac completely OFF so room was quiet. Great selection of stations on TV. Nice frig. Easy check-in and desk attendant was readily available and on duty 24 hours - REALLY like that. Water in sinks and tub/shower all worked, drains worked.

The carpet was stained - desperately needs replacement. Hotel location is near a busy and noisy highway but was easy to locate.

The room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The property was pretty full all three nights I stayed but was still pretty quiet. Good coffee and breakfast. There was a problem with my room key coming demagnetized and the front desk fixed it quickly and cheerfully. The price was great!

Not really a dislike but the property could stand to be renovated a little. Updated chairs, curtains and carpets would be a nice touch. If not a renovation then at least a deep clean on carpets and upholstery to make them feel new again.

My husband and I enjoyed the pool; the temperature was just right. I do not enjoy a pool that is too cold. We also enjoyed the breakfast options. There were plenty of choices and a staff member was readily available to answer questions and refill empty trays.

My only comment is that getting in/out of the hotel parking lot was a little unusual for guests traveling in/out of the hotel from the opposite side of the road. Because of the configuration of the area, I do not think much can be done about this issue.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had basic needed amenities, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was also friendly. There were NO bugs and NO notable odors in the room, fear of which always me leery to book less expensive hotel, but this risk was rewarded.

The carpet was old, which didn't feel crisp and super clean but it was still clean. I think upgrading would raise the prices so I would rather it stay a bit dated with good cleaning and service to keep the price down.

Clean, loved the country aesthetic, room was cute, nice location, lots of vending machine drink choices, pool, friendly front desk staff

Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 seperate times and kept trying to enter my room (at 8:30 a.m. 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.), even though it wasn't our checkout time yet. It was very annoying and woke me and my partner up. I understand housekeeping wants to hurry and do their job but they shouldn't be a nuisance about it especially since it wasn't time for check out any of the times they knocked.

The NEW YOUNG Girl was exceptionally KIND. At first she said she couldn't keep me on the 1st Floor until she saw me walking with a cane. As soon as she saw my walking cane she switched my daughter & I to the `1st Floor with NO FUSS AT ALL/ Super kind & SWEET girl if ur disabled she will go above & beyond empathetically to help you out as best as she can. One of the best most professionally pleasant customer Interactions that I have ever had up to now. My experience with her yesterday easily RATES an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10

I have NOT 1 NEGATIVE thing to say about this HOTEL NOR its STAFF at all. The Area is even SUPER SAFE & pretty Quiet

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, food was good. The room was nice it was clean, although a little dated but still a nice room.

The temperature in the room was too cold and we could not figure out how to get it warmer. This part coming up is not the fault of the staff. Had a naked screaming woman outside her door at 1:30 in the morning which was right next to our room. But the staff handled the situation so everything turned out ok.
