I was visiting the Expo Centre so the location was excellent, with a connection to the Expo Centre on the first floor. The staff were all superb: friendly, helpful, smiling all the time and always behaving as if they're pleased to see you. The room and communal areas were all clean and very comfortable. I only ate in the relaxed bar / restaurant but it was always superb. The shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, the Wi-Fi excellent, the bedroom quiet and comfortable. I look forward to staying again and would highly recommend.

I honestly cannot think of anything, it was all 10/10.

The breakfast is very well served, with many options of breads, cheese, candies and even smoked salmon, which I quite appreciated! The room is incredibly large, well illuminated and with vast windows. The bathroom is quite good as well. The staff was also smiling, educated and effective everytime I needed to be in touch with them, but this seems to be something natural to Finnish people. In this context, I enjoyed a lot being in contact with them. They are not only polite and corteous but really look like happy on living there.

Although the hotel is amazing in general, I didn't like much the location. It's 30 minutes far from downtown using public transportation. The positive points in this sense are the fact that there's a tram station just in front of it and a shopping mall with many stores and restaurants of about 10 minutes walking.

Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly made my stay memorable. In terms of facilities, the hotel had everything I could ask for and more. The fitness center was well-equipped. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine, and an amazing buffet breakfast with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point. Situated next to the train station, it was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore everything Helsinki has to offer. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, it's clear why this hotel is a top choice for travelers visiting Helsinki. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and invited. The personalized greeting on the TV upon arrival was a warm and welcoming surprise. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location was convenient for attending a concert at Böle Arena, which was a plus for us, making it a breeze to get there and back.

Free of charge parking for disabled guests which I was surprised about, but most certainly welcome. Car park is accessible with lifts. Compliments to the young lady serving behind the bar, a total character, with pleasant humorous chat and an asset to the hotel. Note to management: You have a manager in the making here if you offer training and career progression. I would also add, although travelling by car, the number 2 tram stops outside, and Pasila/ Bole station and the Mall of Tripla is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty (pastries with blueberries were sooo goood!). The dining area is big and clean. The hotel was quiet and comfy and the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is located less than 1 hour by walk from the city center and around 30 minutes by walk from Olympic Stadium and a beautiful green area with a lake. If you don't want to walk you have a whole network of public transportation at your disposal a few minutes from the hotel. In the nearby area, you will find a lot of restaurants and coffee shops as well as markets. The room itself was cozy and very clean (including the bathroom). Also quiet.

Breakfast was good, there could've been more option but for an additional 20€ to upgrade to breakfast for 3? No brainer. Well satisfied. Became an IHG member for free, got a late checkout by 2 hours which was pretty good. Got some free cookies for Christmas which was cute.

Wish we were offered a free upgrade for the room haha. It was pretty squeezy with 3 people to a room, and the hotel seemed very empty as a whole, so I wish it was offered at the desk. Then again, perhaps I should've asked.

The location of the hotel is ideal for business trips to Pasila area or any area along the Kehä 3 motorway as the motorway is easy to access from the hotel. Also the rooms seem to be quieter than in most hotels which is always a plus. A working gym and a good breakfast makes this a solid choice. Parking hall is readily available with electric charging options.

Noticed in the morning when leaving the room that the toilet trash bin had not been emptied after the previous guest. A minus. The room was otherwise in mint condition.

Nice hotel close to conference center, thus if you are traveling to attend any conference out there, its great place to stay. Hotel has nice sauna and nice little gym. There is big shopping mall Tripla roughly 5 min. by walk.

Windows can't be opened, thus if you want to get some fresh air, its not possible.
